Nice home for families.

Clean and spacious as shown in photos. Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Location is in a residential area about 5-10 minute drive into the downtown area where all the restaurants are.

Very relaxing

Utensils could have been bigger. Catering for 6 people difficult with what was provided. Small frying pan and pots, no BBQ utensils

Would be better if we had rubbish bins in each bathroom and or bedrooms, kitchen scissors,pot and pans that are sized for larger groups. Instructions on how to make things works I.e. could not get the oven to heat only got the fan blowing but also something to read how to would have been great. Cleaning material for the hob stovetop would be helpful when something boils over and we could have cleaned it easier.

Clean, modern townhouse.

Clean and tidy. Had most furnishing needed for a trip. Was in Wanaka for a wedding and appreciated the iron/board! The agency looking after the property were quick to reply to questions and easy to deal with.

Nice modern place, which is in a new development. Enjoyed staying there.

Good location and very practical house that is modern.

Great golfing, great weather and a very comfortable clean house. Wanaka always a joy.

The house was very new and clean, The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were large. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Even though we had a great stay at the Glenavon Green property there are a few we things I think should be noted. The twin beds in two of the bedrooms blocked the wardrobes and had no bed side tables. The door stop in the bathroom was broken. The pots and pans handles were very loose so we tightened them as much as possible - but quite dangerous. Besides some small snacks and tea and coffee (very nice) there were no other essential items for use, such as salt and pepper, glad wrapping paper, extra rubbish bags. Also nowhere in the showers to put your shampoo etc. Other than these small things the house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Exceptional

The house is very new, spacious and warm. It was located in a new subdivision so all the facilities were still relatively new and it wasn't too far away from town centre.

It was okay.

Snacks/breakfast etc available were nice. Clean modern accommodation.

Some things were broken or not working, beds not that comfortable, broken glass on the ground outside, a lot of noise from builders, lawn very untidy, the section fence design gives no privacy and can see directly into the neighbours section and vice versa.
