Enter the dining room area with a large table for all your family meals, tastefully decorated in a nautical theme. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor with a beautiful king size bed, flat screen tv, and plenty of dressers to fit all your clothes. There's a primary bathroom attached to the bedroom with double sinks and a stand alone shower. You will love the antique features and the light and bright feeling throughout the house. This is true Cape Cod living! Walk a short distance and you will enter the fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen has all the amenities of home. Off the kitchen is a hallway with a half bath. A few steps from the bathroom is another bedroom with a full size bed. There is a back staircase and a front staircase in this home. As you approach the upstairs you will find a fun bunk room with 2 twin bunk beds, the kids will love this room! (adults will love it too!) There's another bedroom located on this floor with two twin beds and big windows that look over the backyard. A full size bathroom with a tub/shower is down the hall. You will love the outside area, there's a large wrap-around deck with a patio set and gas grill. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee, outside BBQ's and clam bakes! Beautiful spot...a bit confusing to find it. Narrow approach to adequate parking for four cars. Two downstairs bedrooms, one a super king with adjoining bath/shower, the second, a rather small two-person bed with a toilet and sink next to it. The hostess could not have been more accomodating the whole time. If I go back to the Cape soon, I'm booking 62 Old Stage Road...except this time I'm taking the big bedroom downstairs. Thanks, Tina.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home...sparkling clean with wonderful amenities - even in the outdoor shower! We enjoyed BBQs on the deck and preparing meals was so easy in the user-friendly kitchen. Comfortable beds, perfect configuration for our group and a great location - minutes from Craigville Beach, Ferrys, bike trails, whale watching and shops. Tina is a great host!

You can tell the owner has put a lot of love into this home. It was such a comfortable space and full of New England charm. We felt like we were staying at a family's home not a rental. Owner was a great host and checked in with us periodically. Thank you for making our stay in Cape Cod such a memorable one!

Wow! My wife and I had an opportunity to spend a week on Cape Cod with our 4 adult children plus 1 significant other. We were hoping to find a place close to the beach where we could relax during the day and explore at night. This house proved to be all we had hoped and more! Tina was a fabulous host, sharing very helpful information beforehand and making sure we had access to whatever we needed. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated, with a spacious deck for morning coffee and late-night drinks. The large yard and access to the grill were also a bonus. We found trips to the beach to be so convenient with a very short drive and ample parking. At times our kids chose to sleep in and take the easy 15-20 minute walk and meet us there. The house really had everything we needed, all the comforts of home. And between the short walk to the 1856 Country Store and Four Seas Ice Cream, and the short drive to Hyannis and many quality dining options, it doesn’t get much better than this. We definitely hope we can coordinate our calendars and make this family vacation happen again next year!

This is a beautiful, classic Cape Cod house in a fantastic location. A short 3 minute drive to the beach, about a 12 minute drive to Hyannis and walking distance to ice cream. The house had everything we needed and Tina was an excellent host. Would go back again!

Our stay at this Cape Cod home was wonderful. The accommodations were lovely with plenty of room for we four girls! Sitting on the deck after a fun and busy day was so relaxing. The location was close to everything we wanted to do- restaurants, shopping, whale watching, the ferry to Nantucket, and even Provincetown, which was a terrific drive with beautiful views. The owners were easy to work with, even when there was a glitch in our trip. We heartily recommend this VRBO. We had a terrific time!

Property is close to the beach and great location on the Cape. Property manager was great just needed a back up tank for the grill. She fixed other problems promptly. Cute older home. Loved the deck on the back.

We stayed here with a family of six and enjoyed this home and location so much. It is conveniently located on a picturesque street in Centerville and close to so many activities from the beach to shopping, restaurants and downtown Hyannis. We were pleasantly surprised with the Centerville library, the country store and of course Four Seas ice cream, all located within walking distance. We were grateful to have a beach pass included in our stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and more. My only suggestion would be to add Netflix to the TVs. We are accustomed to having that in rental homes and hotels now, and love watching shows after the kids go to bed.

No complaints about this house! It was super clean and very nicely decorated. You can tell that the owner furnishes it and cares for it like she lives there rather than as a rental. Easy access to all Cape activities makes this a great vacation home. Would definitely stay here again!

Myself and a bunch of friends stayed here for 3 nights. It was very comfortable for our large group of 8, with plenty of bathrooms, beds, and parking. The property is just as pictured and described. The beach is nearby and it was great to have a Barnstable beach pass if you want to explore other beaches in the area. The central location is easy to get to and it was easy to get basically anywhere else on the Cape. The barbecue worked great (although we had to grab a propane refill, so be sure to check that) and there were plenty of supplies for cooking left in the kitchen. Tina was easy to get in touch with if we had questions and was very accommodating. I would recommend staying here!

Our family enjoyed getting away from the city for a few days in Tina's delightful property. Located on a quiet and picturesque street in Centerville, this home was a lovely place to relax and unwind. With four separate bedroom areas, this property is a great choice for large families or multiple ones. The kitchen was well-outfitted for home cooking, and there are a lot of good restaurants in the surrounding area as well. The backyard deck was a nice spot to have breakfast in the warm sun. Having the owners' beach parking pass was very helpful, as we were able to visit many of the scenic beaches nearby. We highly recommend a stay!

This home can easily accommodate 8. There was only 6 of us and we had lots of space. The house is decorated lovely and has a nautical theme. The master bedroom is huge and has a very comfy king bed. All the beds in the house very comfy. My girls loved the bunk room. Smart TV in lounge and TVs in two other bedrooms in case you want some privacy. Deck is fabulous and property is super clean. The location is great. Lots of parking. Can fit 4 cars orMore. SoClose to the small town and famous country store and fun playground for the kids. Short drive to beaches and Joshua pond. I would highly recommend this property. It’s charming. A home away from home.
