The condo is directly in the Snowshoe Village with all the restaurants, bars, stores, Split Rock Pools, and other attractions nearby. Our condo is equipped with everything you need. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was recently remodeled with LVP flooring, new vanities, fresh paint, washer and dryer (in the unit), stainless steel appliances, and more. The unit offers: - A ski rack, glove and boot dryer - A washer/dryer in the unit - High speed internet - Kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, regular drip coffee machine, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, pots/pans and everything else you need for cooking - Bedroom 1 has 1 (one) queen size bed, ceiling fan, Roku smart TV, and a closet - Bedroom 2 has 2 (two) full beds, ceiling fan, Roku smart TV, a closet, and a full bathroom with a combination of tub and shower - There is an additional full bathroom in the hallway with a combination of tub and shower - Living Room has a queen sleeping sofa, fireplace, coffee table, and Roku smart TV - Dining room: there is no dining room table due to space constraints, however, there is a foldable table with four chairs conveniently stored in the closet. In addition, there are bar stools with a spacious kitchen island and a large coffee table - TVs: there is a Roku smart TV in every room that offers cable. With Roku TVs you can login to your own streaming services like Netflix - Private Parking - as space allows, 2 free parking spots are provided for passenger vehicles starting 5pm on the day of check in. During peak time, if there is not enough parking in the Mountain Lodge parking lot, there is a close by overflow parking (at the "Top of the World" parking lot) and accessible via shuttle - Portable AC unit (there is no central AC in the condo but it doesn’t get too hot on the mountain and there are fans in every room) NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO BIKES allowed in the condo (you can rent a bike locker from Mountain Lodge front desk). $300 fine for violations. Mt. Lodge Features: - Beautiful views of Pocahontas County and the surrounding Allegheny Mountains - Walking distance to the Ballhooter and Skidder chairlifts, as well as both beginner and advanced trails - Ice skating rink inside Mt. Lodge building - Inside kids playground and Arcades game room - Ping pong table - Small workout area - Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, skiing, biking, hiking and other entertainment - Two new restaurants on the bottom level of Mountain Lodge - Kids World activities take place in Mt. Lodge, and parents are welcome to visit the Parent Zone. There is a viewing area of the new teaching terrain on Mountain Lodge Lawn, and you can grab a bite at the Basin for lunch (Basin is the day lodge on the mountain) - Note that Split Rock Pools and hot tubs are next door. You must reserve tickets separately to access - On site maintenance staff and guest service front desk - Cell service is limited due to the National Radio Quiet Zone. AT&T is the best service provider. Verizon service is very limited in the area. However, you will have a landline phone inside the condo - 15 new powerful snow guns were installed in Snowshoe in the Fall 2022
