OTHER THINGS TO NOTE The back and front yards are professionally landscaped every other Tuesday morning. The pool is professionally cleaned every Tuesday and Friday afternoon. In case there are leaves in the pool between these days, a pool skimmer is provided for your use. The Smart TVs give access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, etc. While there is no cable, many live TV channels have apps that you may download and use if you log in with your cable credentials. While the backyard is fully fenced, take a look around the perimeter before letting your pets out to make sure they don't find a gap to crawl under. Similarly, make sure the backyard is empty of landscapers and pool cleaners before letting your pets out in case they leave the gates open. HOUSE RULES OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 8 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house or backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 5 guests, it is expected that only up to 5 people will have access to the house and backyard. The total cost of the stay may vary depending on the number of guests. EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed at the house or backyard. This includes gatherings of 8+ people in which not everyone will be staying the night. If it is discovered that more than 8 people are at the house, the entire group will be removed from the house with no refund. SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed. QUIET HOURS: As per Pinellas County regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind. PARKING: There is space for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Please do not park in the garage, on the street, or on the front lawn. DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay. PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing. PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $150 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to severe allergies. HEATED POOL: The pool is seasonally heated to 82°, between October 15th and April 15th. This temperature can be increased up to 85° for $10 per degree per night (a request will be sent through the platform after an extra heating request is made). Please let us know at least two days before your check in date if you'd like to increase the temperature so the pool has time to warm up.
