There is a large private screened in porch off the living room with plenty of comfy seating to cozy up with a loved one, book, glass of wine or all the above. Just off the porch is the gas grill ready for your families culinary delights. In the living room you'll find comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV so you and your family or guests can catch up with each other, watch a movie after an active day at the beach or exploring the area. Cable and WI-FI are included. The dining area, adjacent to the living area comfortably seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen, with its new appliances has a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and an oven and all small appliances for all your cooking and eating needs. There are 3 bedrooms – the master suite has a king bed, a flat screen TV, and en suite bath on the second floor, off the master bedroom is a private deck with 2 chaise lounges and a cafe table with seating for two to enjoy morning coffee.
