Great location to meet our needs for our Lakeview event. The three floor walk-up was a bit of a chore and outdoor lighting was needed. Great condo, plenty of room for two couples. Enjoyed it!

Property was conveniently located to college. Host was responsive. Only complaint is lack of towels. Four guests (women) need more than 1 towel and one wash rag per person for a 3 night stay! When we asked for additional towels that request was not responded to.

This condo was a great find! We enjoyed the unique floor plan! The unit was spacious with plenty of room in the main open area. The decor was nice and inviting – we felt right at home. The location of the unit was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed staying downtown! Parking was great. There is a dedicated space, which was nice since we were in town for a conference and returned late each night. Well lit at night and very quiet. Thanks Blake! We hope to return here for future visits to Birmingham!

This is a very nice place and the Host is a nice person. Perfectly located to get around the metroplex easily. Quality TVs, bedding, etc. There were 4 of us and we were never crowded. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a concert & it was very convenient to downtown restaurants & bars. Great balcony. The only downside is the 3 flights of stairs you have to go up & the code for getting into the outside gate was a bit tedious. But would definitely stay again.

The property was beautiful! Very comfortable and well appointed. Extremely close to UAB and easy to get to restaurants and other locations. Parking was easy and the entire building had a cool vibe. Wish we had more time to spend there. Host was helpful and very responsive.

My friend and I booked this property because we were looking for something close enough to the Alabama Theater. We were absolutely blown away by the condo! We both had to get some work done and the place had plenty of spots for us to take calls. We loved the Keurig, bathrooms, and beds! If we ever have to go back to Birmingham, we'll definitely book here!

The property was amazing centered in downtown Birmingham. The pictures of the property are accurate but it looks better in person. Our host Blake was very proactive and responsive. I would definitely stay at this property again and I would recommend it to all visiting Birmingham.

We had a great stay here. Extremely clean and such a cool property. We were touring UAB, and the location was super convenient. Great restaurants are nearby too. We would stay here again!

Enjoyed our four days in Birmingham. We visited a lot of sites and were able to walk to all of them. The condo is in an excellent location and the two bedrooms and comfortable common area made it ideal for two couples.

This property is phenomenal and basically brand new! I was able to relax and watch football while my wife got ready for our evening out. We were conveniently located to all the spots and were an inexpensive Uber ride away. I will definitely be coming back! Property manager also was an excellent communicator.
