Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note that the owner's wife and son are highly allergic to dogs. This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Nice and clean property. Check in code didn’t work, got a second code which didn’t work either. Finally got a third code that did work. Customer service was helpful.

This property was perfect for our trip. We were in town for baseball and a family gathering and this property met our needs perfectly. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and the location was perfect. Would highly recommend it!!!

The house was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was centrally located to lots of fun things to do, see, and great places to eat, all very nearby. We did have issues with the water pressure being very light at times, and we had several incidents of the lock not working over our stay, which was annoying and eventually fixed, but the management service for the property is not local so you have no one in town to help. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would gladly stay again if we had the opportunity.

We loved our stay in this house . Such a pretty place! It was very clean and the beds were comfy and cozy. Everything we needed was there and the location was perfect for our daughter’s graduation from The University of Arkansas . We would definitely stay there again.

Everything about the Audrey was wonderful for our stay. Plenty of room for the six of us. Great location as we were preparing for the wedding. The parking lot next door was great for an extra car. Will definitely plan on staying here again when up that way!

This place was perfect for our girls getaway weekend to explore Fayetteville. Three moms took our three teenage daughters to tour UofA, then spent the weekend shopping and dining. The house was perfect for relaxing at the end of each day. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. We'd definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Audrey while we were in Fayetteville visiting family. The attention to detail is superb . We had everything we needed ! The bed was very comfortable and the entire place was spotless . There is a nice fenced back yard with a gazebo where we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings. We would definitely stay here on our next visit to Fayetteville ! .

This house was great for us to stay in while we moved our son into the dorm. It was so cute and all over the top amenities like bath salts, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, room spray, coffees and all the extras.
