My son and I were traveling together. Advertising that the unit slept 3 felt like an exaggeration. If the unit had contained a futon that was comfortable for sleeping It would have worked fine but the futon was funky and hard as a rock. To me an air mattress does not count. Every surface was covered with fake plants and do dads. There was no room for the guest to place anything on any surface. The same was true for the cupboards. They were stuffed with stuff. I could not even put away a bag of chips or a box of crackers. They had to stay on the counter. The view could have been spectacular but the weeds and brush had grown so tall it blocked the view. Unless pods are provided for the Keurig, a drip coffee pot would have been fine. The ad should have said to bring pods.

My wife and I needed a place to stay for a wedding. This was a perfect location that had a great valley overlook. All the amenities we needed were provided and the space was decorated nicely. Thanks for the great stay!

Unit includes a designated parking space. Unit is located in back of main building on basement level. You will pass by a neighbor’s unit to get to your unit. Soak in the most stunning view of the mountains from the back patio. Key code is provided on the day of your arrival. A camera is mounted on exterior of the unit. Patio has two-seat sofa, gas grill and large fire-pit. Inside is loaded with amenities. Host provides complimentary laundry pods (2) and dryer sheets. This unit can sleep 4 people comfortably, queen bed (2) and futon (2). There was ample space for my husband and I. There is no thermostat in this unit, therefore you will not be able to regulate the temperature. Fan units are provided in the bedroom. Fresh linens and plenty of extra pillows stored in the ample walk-in closet. Ample toilet paper, shower toiletries and towels. We had issues related to noises (conversations and foot traffic) and cooking odors coming from the tenants in the unit above, but these issues were out of the Host’s control. We spoke to the host on day one of our visit regarding these issues and they were VERY RESPONSIVE. The Host reached out to the tenants in the unit above and have already made plans to possibly build a sound proof wall between the units, add a portable A/C unit and install an automatic air freshener that goes off every 30 minutes or so. This unit can best be summed up as clean, contemporary and loaded with amenities!

The condo itself was very nice and the owner was gracious enough to take us on very short notice. The view was beautiful as described. We stayed there on July 4th and the fireworks display throughout the city was terrific. However, the listing does not mention that it is a lower level place or that you have to go through the neighbor's yard to get to it. The people who rented the upstairs unit were extremely loud. Other than that though it was a very nice place.

We wouldn’t stay here again. This is not a condo….. It is a basement apartment. There is NO thermostat in the unit! We were frequently too hot at night/mornings and too cold during the day. The smells from the people cooking upstairs are strongly smelled downstairs. The noise coming from upstairs is outrageous. We could hear people talking, their tv, coughing, closing doors, walking around and what sounded like kids or adults running and jumping around. This noise was not just isolated to day time sadly. We heard these noises anywhere from 5am to midnight! After the first night we mentioned it to the host but the noise got worse after that. We don’t know if this was retaliation from the upstairs tenants for mentioning the noise issue to our host or just them not caring but it sure felt like retaliation. Every night we stayed, we heard loud noises until at least 11pm or later. Vacuuming was happening multiple days in a row during the morning as well, around 8am. The basement unit is much smaller in person than it looked in the pictures. There’s no way 5 people could reasonably stay here. We felt cramped with 2 adults and 1 child. We found it weird there are 3 locked doors in the unit. One is likely stairs but there is clearly the potential for the space to be bigger than it currently is. Our host was nice, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and he purchased a mattress topper for us to put on top of the mattress. Unfortunately our stay left us feeling exhausted.

We enjoyed our stay. The space is lovely and well decorated. We felt right at home. There were a handful of things that could’ve been better. There’s one exterior door, and there’s a bit of a trick to locking it, which isn’t how you want to spend your first ten minutes after arriving at 2:30 am after a four hour delayed train. That was really our only major complaint. Other issues we noticed: the toilet wobbles, the sump pump is loud, and the shower water pressure is really high and spits out the faucet like there’s a missing gasket. Nothing bad or troubling, just mildly annoying when you’re not expecting them. One more thing, although this is outside the owners individual control: the sidewalk leading to the entrance is separated from itself creating mild trip hazards. Not bad, but be careful. We both tripped but caught ourselves. Other than those, it was an amazing stay. The bed was comfortable and the view really was phenomenal. During the day, you can see Provo with the mountains as a beautiful backdrop. At night, your view is the glowing lights of the city. We loved it. The full size washer/dryer were great, and the kitchen was fully stocked (which we didn’t use but we’re delighted to find). We would stay here again.

This apartment was the perfect stay for our time in town for a wedding. We loved the view from the patio, and the cleanliness of the place. They had all the amenities we could possibly need, and the host was very communicative. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area!

This conveniently located apartment is so cute and comfortable. The hosts were accessible and the apartment is stocked with everything. Additionally, it has a great view overlooking the Orem/Provo area. My son and I had a great stay.

It was very clean and organized. The walkway to the entrance is a little dark at night. The owners were quick to respond when I had a question. When you arrive you learn it is a no shoes property, which can be a problem if you have a medical need to wear shoes.
