Our family came into town for a birthday celebration and gender reveal. This location was the perfect amount of space for our group, the property was cozy and gave a welcoming feel, it was easy to locate, parking was good…it was everything we hoped it would be! The hosts were extremely nice and accommodating and overall our weekend was great! We would definitely book again!

Great place for our family beach vacation. Great location and easy access to beach. The condo was large enough for 16 people and being on two floors gave privacy for sleeping kids. Nice having 4 bathrooms and never ran out of hot water. Kitchen was well equipped Can’t say enough good things about the owners. They were VERY responsive to issues and questions which we had. Took care of everything quickly and great communications.

Mike and Kim's duplex so perfectly fit our group! We were able to enjoy large family-style meals in their spacious kitchen, while also enjoying the privacy of their multiple rooms! We never ran out of hot water, and everybody was able to refresh quickly after a day at the beach!

We had a large group and found the condo was perfect for our size. The floors were still dirty when we arrived (our feet turned black after walking around) and the windows were dirty to the point to where we could barely see outside. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and had all the basics for our stay. There was a point where I tried to reach out to the property manager for assistance but I couldn’t get a hold of them but the issue resolved itself shortly after. It was great having a lot of soft seating and space for everyone and the home felt homey. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat!

Mike and Kimberly made our stay amazing. We had a few problems getting in the door upon arrival everything was handled quickly and efficiently! All the beds are super comfortable with quality pillows. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out! Will definitely stay again

The home itself was beautiful neatly decorated to match the scenery outside and had all the essentials needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible, including but not limited to pots and pans, plates cups and blenders. They also have games there that me and my family enjoyed while it rained one night. Kim and Mike were both very helpful and made my stay super easy and questions or concerns I had when I would reach out I would get a 5 minute or less response, and let’s be serious, it’s hard to get that at a hotel when you call the front desk lol. But overall the place was great the property owners were nice and when I visit the area again I will be sure to book through them. 😊

We stayed at Kim and Mike's fantastic condo last week 4/1 to 4/8/2023, for our kids NJ Spring break. It was a fantastic property with a beach side pool with sun ALL DAY. And a nice smaller pool for an evening dip (BOTH HEATED!). A quick jump across the street to the amazing beach that wasn't too crowded at all. The unit was absolutely massive. We could've had another couple, and 2 more kids with us its so big. The family room is so spacious for hanging out while making a family dinner. The roku's on each room's tv's is a stroke of genius as we just had to log our streaming services in and then out as we left. The location was also amazing in North Myrtle, away from the crazyness of downtown but still in a vibrant but more quiet area. The unit is very well stocked for what you'll need. Kim and Mike are extremely easy to conect with for anything you need or any feedback at all. We would stay here over and over again, and next time we'll bring a couple more family members since we had (literally) rooms to spare! 2 masters with ensuites upstairs, 2 main floor rooms, and 2 kids rooms each with 2 bunk beds! 8 kids and 8 adults easily fit! Thank you Kim & Mike for making our family vacation such a memorable experience!

Owner was very responsive! As soon as I walked in I could tell I was going to love the place! Very clean and mattresses are very comfortable. Its also right across the street from the beach so you can walk back and forth. Highly recommend anyone to stay here! I will definitely be back in the future! Parking is a little tight but of course that is no fault of the owner!

Our church women's group really enjoyed staying here. When we arrived, there were only 4 wash cloths in the unit (there were 11 of us staying there). I immediately reached out to the owner and she quickly resolved the issue.

This is a wonderful place to stay for a family vacation. Place looks exactly like the photos listed. Beach is literally across the street. Host was wonderful and responded to every message sent. We do not have any complaints and we will be returning again later in the year. Don’t believe me try it out for yourself!!! You won’t be disappointed!!! 💜 💜 💜
