Nestled in Gilford, this lovely cottage for $384 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Nestled between Gunstock Mountain and Lake Winnipesaukee, Hidden Creek Cottage is your perfect year-round getaway. This airy, sun-filled home features high ceilings, a newly updated kitchen, gas fireplace, central air, king size bed, and laundry. Step outside onto a brand new expansive deck built for outdoor dining and entertainment, make your way down to the fire pit for stories and s'mores and enjoy the sunset while listening to the tranquil sounds of our hidden creek. We are a pet-friendly home! Limit 1 pet per reservation. Please indicate whether or not you plan to bring your pet at booking, as there is an additional $150 pet fee required. There is a security camera on the motion lights on the front of the house that monitors the driveway, street, and some of the front yard. NO GUNS/FIREARMS ON THE PREMISES! No weapons of any kind are permitted anywhere on the property. We are available through text, email, and through your preferred booking app — please don't hesitate to reach out. Enjoy our home away from home! Gunstock Acres is a private community set within quiet, tree-lined streets and located less than one mile from Gunstock Mountain and Campgrounds. Hiking trails and mountain winter activities are right around the corner, and an expansive beach at Ellacoya State Park on Lake Winnipesaukee is less than 10 minutes away. The property is accessed via touchpad. Hidden Creek Cottage is a bright oasis within the New Hampshire lakes region. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area fill the space with natural light. The kitchen has been newly renovated with white quartz countertops, white cabinets, and stainless steel appliances perfect for your culinary needs. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed with a memory foam mattress and an ensuite half bath. All bedrooms are equipped with room-darkening curtains to ensure your sleep is as peaceful as your surroundings. Curl up next to the fireplace in the living room with your loved ones, dine al fresco on the newly built deck, gather around the fire pit for endless conversation, and enjoy the peaceful view of the creek within the woods surrounding the home. The washer and dryer are located in the full bathroom and available for your use throughout your stay. Our neighborhood is great for hiking, bicycling, and walking to scenic views of both Gunstock and Lake Winnipesaukee. We recommend your car to get around for activities, dining and ordering food (not many delivery options, so you may need to pick it up).

We had a fun winter weekend at Hidden Creek Cottage. We were only about 1/4 mile from Gunstock which is great for snowtubing. The cottage is small but nicely appointed. The only suggestion I would make is bedside table lamps. For those of us that read before bed that was a disappointment. Overall, I would recommend this cottage without any reservation!

We had an awesome time staying at the Hidden Creek Cottage. The place was spacious, cozy, welcoming, with all the items expected as we were staying in a private hotel. There was a group of 6 in town to attend a wedding this was hands down better than getting a hotel room. We all loved it!!!

This check in process was seamless and the property is very well decorated and clean. The house was well stocked with utensils, plates, paper towels etc.. so you can really make yourself at home. The fireplace is also a great feature.

We had a girls weekend here and had the most wonderful time! The house is adorable and everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked for a rental, the only thing that we couldn't find was a rubber spatula! That was no problem though! We loved the outdoor table on the deck and the fireplace in the living room. The little dishwasher was also great to have, it was nice not having to do a lot of dishes on vacation. The property manager was also very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this cottage!

We had a great stay at Alex and Amanda's property for a summer getaway. The house is close to a state park beach, hiking trail, and Gunstock for various activities. We also took the advantage of the firepit and it was totally a highlight of our trip. Communication was prompt and the hosts were very nice to accommodate our requests. The house is not very big but has everything needed and actually organized and decorated in a very nice taste. The only suggestion we would like to make is that the bathroom may receive an update. The bathtub finishing was flaking off, and it somehow smelled when we checked in, not sure from the shower curtain or something else. In summary, we really liked the place and thank you Alex and Amanda! We would like to come back in the winter for skiing!

We really enjoyed the home and property. It was a perfect location for visiting this area, quick and easy access to the local venues, the lake, and other great spots around this area. Communication with the manager was amazing. We hit a few tiny snags that were easily worked out. We would definitely stay here again in any season.
