Situated in Fraser, this attractive condo for $339 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Have the ultimate Rocky Mountain experience when you stay at this beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo in the Heart of Downtown Winter Park! Please do not be discouraged from booking this property due to the lack of reviews. The property is new to our company. Suggest that you read some of the reviews from our other properties, hope that makes you feel more comfortable to stay with us. There is a king bed in primary room with an en-suite bathroom and king bed in second bedroom, full restroom just across from bedroom. This condo also has a bunkbed nook with 4 twin beds. Its first floor location allows for very easy access and the private patio with gas grill gives visitors breathtaking views of the Continental Divide. Dining room table for 7 with additional seating for 3 at the bar. Nice open living room, TV, fire place and big sectional sofa. Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, 3 flat screen TV's, high end finishes along with designer touches will surround you in luxury during your stay!!! The fully stocked kitchen has all the amenities of home and will allow you to cook that gourmet meal that the whole crew can enjoy after a fun day on the slopes. The patio includes comfortable seating for entertaining while lounging out. Extra cozy mattresses and pillows are just a few of the things that set this vacation retreat apart! Private washer & dryer in unit. Super functional "mudroom area" when you enter the condo. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience. The Clubhouse offers two outdoor grills. There is a lounge area, outdoor year-round swimming pool, and fitness center. If you are traveling with family or friends, we have some more units at Trailhead.. Opening hours for pool & hot tub: ========================== Sunday through Thursday 11 am to 10 pm Friday & Saturday 11 am to 11 pm Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage. We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed. Winter Park Resort is just 4.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 2.6 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2.6 miles away in the town of Fraser. NO SMOKING or PETS allowed. This was a very good, economical property in a good location. There were also many very good restaurants within a five minute walk, and we walked to them. We did not use the Lift Shuttle (about a two block walk) to Winter Park Resort, but it was available, and we saw many others using it. It was also a very short drive (10-15 minutes) to the Resort. We are retirees, but note that the property would be very good for a family as it is spacious and has the two bed rooms plus the four bunk beds in a separate room. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots & pans and other necessities. We did not need to contact the property management for any reason.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The condo is much bigger than I expected. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bunk bed room was a hit for the kids. The beds were large enough for my teenagers. The location was the key. The first floor access was convenient. It was a close walk to the pool and hot tub. The bonus was across the street they had a sledding hill for the kids. We could look out our window to check on the kids. The bus stop was 60 feet from our door. The shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The condo was fully stocked with towels, fans, humidifiers, and blankets. They had everything you could possibly need. We will book this unit again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Perfect spot in center of Winter Park. All cooking utensils you would need. Only condiments were salt, pepper and sugar do you have to bring other spices. Pool and spa area very nice as well.

This was the perfect place for our family and friends. The location is right next to the park and downtown winter park. The bunk beds were perfect for our kids and it was nice being on the main level. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was the perfect location, so close to down town no need to drive to dinner or entertainment. The Condo was beautiful and the kids loved the bunk bed room. We didn't cook while there but there is everything you would need.

I’m a serial vacation rental user (rather than hotel) and this was one of the best. The place was nice and well equipped, great beds, and room to gather, but the best benefit was the location. We were doing a girls weekend celebrating a retirement and attended multiple events at the Rendezvous event space across the street (wine festival and Fitness in the Park) and walked to dozens of restaurants and shopping. Also took advantage of the hot tub! Communication with the hosts was great too. We will definitely be back!

Charlotte was amazing as a host and I specifically appreciated how prompt she was in all communications. The location of the property was also perfect with walkability to the park, restaurants and pretty much everything on the main strip of Winter Park.

Condo was well appointed, clean and updated, really has everything you need and location was great, short drive to slopes or to Frazier. Hot tub area short walk. Great for 2 families (4 kids for bunks). Address leading to 101 a bit hard to find at night but not a big deal. Our first ski trip was to WinterPark 35 years ago.

This brand-new first-floor condo is just about one block from Main Street in Winter Park, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The kitchen has everything you'd need, and the quality (like pots, pans, etc.) is well above average. The furniture and beds are super comfy and the radiant heat isn't as dry as forced air (but it's still super dry in CO in the winter). The entry has plenty of storage for skis, boots, and other winter gear so they warm up and dry out and are ready for the next day's adventure.
