prior to arrival, I received emails and 2 text messages from 2 different people about checking in and reporting/contacting anyone in case of an issue. Not a big deal, we figured out who was who after asking some questions.
Check in was smooth, the girl who works for the resort told us that the A/C in some of the building was down and they were working on it. It was 29 degrees when we put our infant to bed, no fans in the unit and no communication on when to expect improvement. Also, the windows were totally covered I. Spider webs and the screens were all broken. I received another text message from a 3rd person saying to reach out if there were issues. I immediately sent photos of the windows being broken and covered in webs, mentioned the heat (again) & things like remote in bedroom not working, broken drawer etc. they said they would connect with management and get right back to me. I never heard back
In the morning, I texted the number again to say if the AC wasn’t fixed that day, we wouldn’t be able to stay again. No response at all. I tried other contacts but no response. I had to use Vrbo complaints dept to reach someone (a 4th contact now) who only offered me a refund for the day I left if AC wasn’t fixed. We noticed (we weren’t informed) It was resolved by 1 pm thankfully as moving with kids sucks. The place was okay otherwise but this didn’t meet my expectations and the resolution was poor. We paid full price for our stay and never heard from anyone again.

The property was great and as described in the ad. The room is about a 5 min walk from a small beach at Rotary park. We also ate at the Basil & Mint restaurant which was great. The deck and pool area was quite busy and if you have kids, they will like it.

Great location with beaches/parks and shopping/dining within walking distance, quiet building so far but there is construction next door which may increase in volume in the near future. Overall, it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Unit had everything we needed and was clean. Very open communication with the owner regarding our concern over wildfires, and he was very accommodating. Nice outdoor pool on-site which our kids spent a lot of time at.
Only points off were for a dirty balcony which we couldn't really sit out on and enjoy, but they replaced the chairs while we were there so it will likely be better in the future. Bike lock-up in the parking garage is crazy full to the point of squeezing bikes in but no fault of the owner.

The property was clean and came as advertised. Our family really enjoyed the use of the rooftop swimming pool. The location is across the street from the beach and there is a coffee shop attached to the building. Overall we were very impressed.

The accommodations were first rate. The unit was well equipped and the location was great. It overlooked a stream/creek populated by some ducks/ducklings and the unit was very private. Parking was convenient and secure. The tv’s (3 in total) included pvr/dvr capabilities which came in handy. The bathtub was great for relaxing. The management team, especially Ian, was very responsive to my queries. All-in-all it was an enjoyable experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Had to get manually let into the property which i was a bit worried about but fact turned out to be a great experience. The unit was great and close to restaurants and wineries but need a vehicle.

Apartment was everything we had hoped it would be. Brett was extremely helpful, friendly and got the job done. Great location, clean, easy to access amd very affordable. Definitely will return.
