Gather family and friends in the great room highlighted by an impressive stone fireplace or take in the breathtaking views from the huge deck overlooking the golf course and mountain range. The second living room on the lower level makes the perfect kid hangout with 65" tv and games for all ages. Beech Mountain and the surrounding area are home to ski resorts, golf courses, wineries, local festivals and lots of crisp mountain air. Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock and Boone are just short drives away. After a day of exploring the mountain, relax in the brand new hot tub under the stars. We had an amazing time staying here! We had 8 adults and 5 kids (4 of them toddlers), and the house and location was PERFECT for us! The kids had the golf course to run and play on, and when it snowed, we were able to sled using some of the sleds left at the property. The location is close to the slopes, a 3 minute drive, and the house is cozy and comfortable! We would most definitely stay here again.

What a spectacular stay at Beech Mountain. We traveled last week of January 2024. We got 2 days of snow on-and-off.
Pros of the cabin:
-Very clean and undated unit
-Kitchen is stocked with kitchen supplies
-The hot tub is new, clean and working!
-The 10+ deer outside who visit throughout the day
-The golf trail behind the cabin allows for some walking/playing in the snow
-The mud room is very convenient in the winter snow
-Variety of board games available
Some thing the host can work on
-More cutting boards in kitchen
-Providing tea kettle (had a Keurig)
-Provide a dust pan
-Have a handy vacuum upstairs
-Have a few more towels out for larger parties
-Restock creamer (current one is expired)
Overall this cabin was great. I did compare with other cabins around Beech Mountain and this cabin isn't on a steep slope so you can get outside and play in the snow, walk, etc.

The perfect getaway for our friends reunion! The details in the home are impeccable. We were so happy with everything, especially the wildlife we saw while hot tubbing. Many deer and even some turkeys came wandering by- made our weekend :)

Everything was nice and very clean! Great communication with the host. We loved looking out over the golf course and seeing all the deer. The hot tub was wonderful too! Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our weekend getaway at Chalet Biche. The home was fantastic! Tons of rooms/space for our group of 7 adults. The cabin was beautiful inside and out and it had everything we needed for the perfect weekend get away. We enjoyed the beautiful surrounding fall foliage as well as the deer sightings. The neighborhood was peaceful and the home was a short drive to downtown Banner Elk. The host were wonderful as well! We highly recommend staying at this property!

This home was amazing, def will go back for longer period of time. Exactly like the listing states. Absolutely beautiful and great location. Great place to get out and do things or just kick back and relax. Host was great to work with. Will be back.

Our host, Shelley was incredible. She was so professional and on top of things. Apparently we had a power outage in the night due to Highwinds and could not locate the router for the Internet and she was expeditious in helping us get it fixed. Couldn’t have asked for a lovelier host. We arrived earlier than expected you to light traffic, and when I texted her not expecting to be allowed into the property before 4 o’clock, she said. “ the home is ready and head on in.” What a great surprise. We saw tons of deer, and even though the weather didn’t cooperate, the experience was five star plus and I would highly recommend.

We recently stayed at this house in North Carolina for the winter and I was very pleased with our experience. The house was clean and new, and the location was perfect for sky. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great. I would highly recommend this rental house to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in North Carolina.

The chalet is beautiful! Pictures didn't do justice to its charm. Very well decorated. Comfortable beds. Warm and cozy feel. Excellent location. Less than 5 minutes to ski resort. Plenty of parking. We fit 5 vehicles easily. Plenty of flat land. Saw ton of deer everyday. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!
