I have used this hotel many times as the parking is so good. However my last 2 stays have been awful. Booked a double and got a twin, no kettle, no TV remote, another time broken TV and dodgy window. When you mention anything they always say the manager deals with that ( who is never there) or tells you to complain through bookings as a third party booking. Now looking for somewhere new

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in - the area around felt unsafe. On arrival, there were three security cars in the car park with two security guards, which was concerning but also reassuring. No one on the main reception, very unwelcoming and all communal areas filthy and run down. Found the other reception, checked into room in ‘the Annex’ to find people screaming next door, with the room dirty and badly maintained. Sticky marks on bedside cabinet, dust, loose toilet seat, mould around shower, grungy tv remote control with missing batteries. Lady on reception was nice and changed my room to a more modern one in the main building which was much better and felt cleaner, although it was again very basic and lacked maintenance.

Great little hotel nice staff ,but be aware its a wedding venue ,i have stayed a few time but an event was on full swing one night and sadly i had a room near it, but that was only on one occasion in fairness ,its my choice of hotel in slough area near were i work

A grade 1british listed building being exploited and turned into an asian empire. Entrance to the hotel looks like heathrow runway.if you need a good nights sleep in a room with carpets,curtains,a kettle,heating & not screaming kids due to lack of council housing this might not be for you.

Thw room was alroght the floor under the bed was disgusting, the wall paper was ripped off. There was no bath plug so we had to use clothing so we could have a bath. Bathroom mirror light did not work. Service was ok got what we asked for quickly.

This property is pretty spectacular as you drive up. But then its confusing to find reception. Once inside the guy on the desk was very friendly and even walked me tonmy room. The property is old and could do with an update. But it was comfortable, and had all i needed for a reasonable stay 20 mins drive from airport. And it was really quiet. No AC like many UK hotels and even in Dec I had to open window. Im not sure why so many bad reviews for $60 I had comfy bed, tea, coffee and seemed pretty clean.

Room was falling apart, bed was like sleeping on a rock only supplied two small pillows on a double bed , one small wardrobe that was falling apart , exposed wiring , blinds didn’t open , noisy ac even though it was turned off still made and awful noise all night , was not sound proof could hear everything from other rooms , lights in bathroom don’t turn off ,decide to leave after first night and find other accommodation

Absolutely disgusting walked in to the room had a bad smell of damp and walked out and found another hotel.. felt sick with the smell Don’t waste your time and money 😡

Nothing was unique, the place looked falling a part and dirty , personally was not what we expected

Room was dirty, shower was cold. Stayed in the ground floor near the front. The outside light was on all night which disturbed my sleep. Walls were covered in dirt, stains. Would not recommend this hotel

Room just basic, comfortable but cleanliness was not there, bathroom looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned. Window handle was broken so I couldn’t open in the morning to get some air. Other than that staff were friendly and it was an ok stay for the night.

Looks amazing from the outside but totally opposite when you get inside.This is a stay from hell,it’s disgusting.At weekends you may as well put your head In a loud speaker to climates.Stayed here for 13 night and didn’t get a cup full of hot water,they kept saying that the electrician is looking at it.This place should be closed down and taken off all websites.There are dead rats everywhere,stay away from this. Place.

Markedly improved hotel. Great service and very comfortable room. Still a bit tired but happy to use regularly for my business trips

Very very very poor state of the room. Looked dirty, old, walls covered in stains, bathroom looking dirty. Room smelled of cigarettes. Bed staff looked like someone has slept there before. I paid £80 for a room which was horrible
