A good sign for an apartment holiday let is if you could see yourself living there. Arctic suite passes the test. I would happily have spent the whole holiday there! Spacious - main area is kitchen plus living area, ample space for four people. Warm in the evening Lots of options for lighting so you can set it appropriately for the occasion Heated floor in the bathroom Beds are soft Ample plugs Second bedroom is a sofa bed. There is also a huge gaming screen that I imagine you could plug a computer into if you brought one (might need to be a Dell) It looks like in the summer you can sit outside. The apartment faces west so you can watch the sunset (if there is one!) The apartment is on the ground floor, so the views of Tromso island are slightly restricted, but you can still see cruise ships coming in and out. Wide range of cookware More like an airbnb - there is food in the cupboards but I tried to bring my own and replaced a sauce packet that I opened on the first night However host invited us to drink his coffee! Good location on the mainland, probably more like 10 minutes from the city centre but there are regular bus services and the stop is right outside the apartment. A running joke was that the bus would always arrive as we were waiting for our taxi. NB Uber does not work in Tromso, but there is a local app TaxiFix that does the same job. Taxi fare was around £16 each way. Walking is an option but not for the faint hearted. Walking to the cable car or the Arctic cathedral is quite doable though. The host was very friendly and available, no additional deposits are required on check in. He even arranged for a neighbour to come round with a needle when my wife got a splinter!

Edvard's place is stunning and spacious. It has literally everything you need for a comfortable stay. Edvard is an amazing host and really attentive. If you don't have a car that's not a problem because there's a bus stop right in front of the house. You'll be in the city center between 5 and 10 minutes. If you have a car, there's an underground parking space which is free and included in your stay. All in all a good choice that trust me you won't regret :)

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Modern, spacious, possible to air bed room without any mosquito risk. Garage parking. Good size freezer and fridge. Good view towards Tromsø.

Maybe an idea to write down wifi password somewhere visible. If having an old WPS device, you don't need password. Host did respond to all our questions.
