The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Loved the house and how centrally located it is. Everything was great as far as the stay. The only thing I would change is the trash storage. There is one trash can and the people that stayed before us had the can filled for the week we were there. So if you’re coming with a large group be prepared for that. Other than that, the stay was amazing and had everything we needed. I’d definitely stay again.

Some basic supplies and overall cleanliness needs improvement. Still waiting to be reimbursed from vrbo. for propane tank for outdoor grill. Communication was good, and Silverthorne was a perfect spot for us.

Good location, plenty of space for our group of seven, beds and furniture were worn out, the unit hadn’t been cleaned and we couldn’t get someone in to clean it.
