Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, single story home with a den in the Rancho Del Oro Community of Desert Hot Springs! Enjoy an open floor plan with high ceilings in the living room. The spacious kitchen opens to the family room with a cozy fireplace. The primary bedroom has high ceiling and bathroom has a walk-in shower. The laundry room is separate with access to the 2-car garage. Additional property highlights include central AC & Heating, sliding door that leads to a large backyard with a patio with a view of the local mountains. Guest can access the entire house EXCEPT the owner closet which is locked ! By Phone or Text Quite and beautiful Rancho Del Oro community Take exit Palm Drive on I- 10 THINGS TO NOTE -Pool and spa heat fees will apply. ● NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY –This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted outside, and cigarette butts should be disposed of properly and not thrown on the ground. ● NO TOILET PAPER AND WIPES DOWN THE DRAIN: Please dispose toilet paper in the waste bin instead of flushing it in the toilet. The SEPTIC TANK IS not designed to handle toilet paper. Any Wipes or Sanitary products flushed down the drain may result in a clogged or overflowing toilet. Failing to follow these rules, you will be liable for the repair cost due to clogged and overflowing toilets. Remove sheets and all dirty towels and place in laundry area. g. Put key(s) back in the lock box, leaving both doorknob and deadbolts locked.
