The unit is clean and organized. The area was very nice. Only thing is there is no AC unit but no problem since fan can do the work

The rooms were in good shape and very clean and comfortable. Alvin and Opalyn were very accommodating and provided us with good service while we stayed at their place, Prestige Vacation Apartments 88 Gibratar. I highly recommend this place to anyone who are planning to visit Baguio City .

We had a great stay at Prestige Vacation Apartments. Alvin, Opalyn, and their team were very professional, kind, and helpful. The place itself was clean, organized, and modern. The location was great — far away from the hustle and bustle but close enough with a short drive (pending traffic of course). They provided a good amount of amenities and were very communicative and answered all my questions timely. This will now be my go-to place when visiting Baguio. Thank you!

The bathrooms were dinghy. Towels smell even when new. The couch smelled of wet rags and had a big red stain. Couldn’t tell if it was a blood stain or wine. We covered it up the entire sofa with towels to cover up the smell a bit. We told Alvin, the property manager to take care of it. Said that Lysol would work. We did not want chemicals sprayed while we were there. They put a sofa a cover which still of course didn’t help. At check out we were told that they didn’t have enough time to clean the Lipton tea stain. I’m wondering why did they not take care of it and have the next guests deal with a dirty and smelly couch. The owner just needs to buy a new couch and new plush towels that don’t look and feel like rags and have the quality of paper towels.

Our family experience was memorable. The staff were friendly from the very start. John C. was our host and he was very helpful during our entire stay. He’s very welcoming and pleasant. We will surely come back!

The location was perfect for Minesview park. Less than a 5 min walk. The cafe attached to it was delicious. We booked a two bedroom for a family of 4. The rooms and bathroom were clean. There was enough towels for everyone. Overall good stay experience.

The place is modern, clean and safe. It is conveniently located near walking distance to Good Sheperd Convent and Mines View. The host, Alvin, was very warm and accomodating. This place is highly recommended.

Excellent location, few steps to Mines View Park. Lots of restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Good Shepherds Convent where you can buy the most delicious ube jam is located in front of the apartment. Would try again in our future visits to Baguio.

Accommodations more than surpassed, my highest expectations! Our apartment was decorated and appointed totally first class. It was exceptionally clean and modern, beds were fantastic and location was excellent for exploring the area.

Worst experienced ever. After along day at Baguio, my family are ready to go rest, we went to the hotel and I spoke to Alvin the person who manage the unit I checked the unit was good, then I told him that I have 11 people in my family and he told me they allowed only 10 people in a 3 bedroom unit eventho the email I received specified 3 bedroom unit can accommodate 11 and 2 bedroom can acommodate 7. He insisted that I have to pay extra for the person because that’s their policy!! But he didn’t provide me any written or email policy. My family ended up leaving the hotel and rented at AZELEA BAGUIO with FREE BREAKFAST with the same amount I paid for this hotel.. I would recommend to get a place with free breakfast like AZELEA BAGIOU than this place..

The property is clean, and organized. Its a walking distance to Good Shepherd and Mines View. Alvin and his staff are very accommodating and have good customer service. I will definitely recommend this property to stay.

The host was very accommodating as we arrived early and they were able to let us check in early and helped us with our bags. The place is clean and close to some attractions. If we come back to Baguio soon, we will definitely look to them first!

There might been something wrong with the building's sewage especially at the lobby where guests come in. The smell was so awful during the 3 days stay. Hope this could be fixed and improved. However, the unit at the 2nd floor was very satisfactory. The 2 staff we met were very accommodating. Location is superb! It's In front of Good Shepherd, walking distance to Mines View Park, lots of restaurants around. Highly recommendable for family trips. Price is reasonable. Thank you guys!

It was amazing stay, the location is very accesible, literally few steps from mines view, walking distance from good sheperd, there are near store and 7 eleven as well, quiet away from the city. The unit was very clean and with compelete ameneties, such as heated water, wifi, utensils and cookingware as well. And props to sir Alvin, very accomodating and hospitable. Highly recommend this place

New and very clean! Everything worked properly and we were given thorough instructions on how to use the appliances. Replies were prompt, Peter together with Alona and co. were very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely recommend this listing and will want to stay here again when we visit Baguio soon.

A great unit for any length of time. Everything is new and clean and the area is so quiet compared to other places I have stayed throughout the Philippines. Alvin was the contact person and he was fantastic to deal with, this is a must place to stay if you go to Baguio!
