Great location in downtown Grand Junction.
Weekends with a bar below are noisy so ear plugs could be an item to pack. It wasn't outrageous though.

Cute place. Worked fine for our short stay

The condo was perfect for a family to enjoy walking along Main street GJ and being near lots of meal options. It was comfortable and clean, and very well designed. We loved having a free place to park downtown as well.
Other reviews mentioned being over the bar is noisy - and we were there over St Patrick's day, it was rather noisy, but since we were there with 4 kids (3 of them teens) we hardly noticed the noise. (Which was mostly during the dinner hour)
