L'accès à l'appartement se fait très facilement via un code et une boîte à clé. Il est très bien situé dans une rue calme, à deux pas de la station de métro Malakoff - Etienne Dolet sur la ligne 13. Le logement est petit, type studio étudiant, mais très fonctionnel, assez bien équipé. L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de goût dans un style moderne.

La literie n'est pas du tout en correspondance avec le prix du logement. Il s'agit d'un canapé-lit dont la vocation première est décorative, la fonction de couchage est clairement secondaire. Même si un surmatelas est fourni, cela n'est pas suffisant.

Has everything you need for a short stay. Plenty of hot water, great heating and easy communication with the host.

There is work being done on the building so be prepared to be awoken by 8am to the sound of hammering. Once the bed is made up there isn’t much space in the main area. However for the price and location it’s good.
