It's a new hotel between the airport and the city of Muscat. Very clean with good facilities. The pool is not a large pool, but it was never busy during our stay. It was kept clean and tidy by the young man working there. The chef in the mornings was very good. He was polite to everyone, and his omelettes were excellent. The food was very good too.

It is located out of Muscat, but we wanted this. You would need a car to get around unless you use a taxi. We had a car, and we found it fairly easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. We had an issue with the water pressure, and it took 2 days, and it wasn't rectified. We were moved to another room by the duty manager.

Hotel was really modern and clean, staff were all super lovely and accommodating and the breakfast was amazing! Great options and really tasty. Sets you up perfectly for the day

Otaxi can’t collect you from the hotel so taxi prices are extortionate when using the local taxis, however if you place the pin just off of the hotel lot you can book an Otaxi which was the work around I discovered just before leaving

مساء الخير.. كل الشكر والتقدير لطاقم العمل ( العمانيين - الوافدين ) ناس في قمة الذوق والاحترام والتقدير ومتعاونيين لإبعد حد والحقيقة متمكنيين في التعامل مع كل الظروف . قمت بالحجز عن طريق البوكينج وبالخطأ غير المقصود مني حجزت بعد اسبوع من يوم وصولي وقام الطاقم بالتواصل وعلاج المشكلة دون ازعاجي . الفندق نظيف جدا جدا وهادىء ويستحق الاشادة والزيارة . السعر جدا ممتاز ويتناسب مع الجميع وخاصة كان حجزي في ايام اجازة .

اولا جمالية الفندق الجذابة من جميع النواحي وأكثر ما يميزه هو استخدام الفن في جميع المرافق الفن البسيط ذو الالوان المبهجة وبنفس الوقت يعكس الحضارة العمانية مما يجعل الزائر يتأمل الفن المرسوم في ممرات الفندق ومرافقه. نظافة الفندق لا يعلى عليها والرائحة الزكية في جميع انحاء الفندق ونظافة الاسرة والمفارش دون اي رائحة كبقية الفنادق والسرير مريح جدا تعامل طاقم العمل جدا راقي ومحترم سواء من الاستقبال حتى عمال النظافة ودائما يسعون لمساعدتك ايضا اعجبني اهتمامهم بتوفير العاب في الاستقبال عند انتظار الزوار انصح من يود عيش تجربة جديدة وقضاء وقت ممتع بالحجز في هذا الفندق

Really great experience with kind staff and a lovely comfy bed. It's a little far out of the centre if you're sightseeing without a car, but otherwise it's great. The pool is small but relaxing. Good breakfast too.

Habitaciones súper estilosas. Aunque estuviera un poco alejado, fue muy fácil moverse en taxi. El hotel te llama a taxis sin problemas. Por la noche hacen fiestas en la planta baja pero no se escuchaba nada en la habitación de ruido. La piscina es pequeña pero no había mucha gente cuando fuimos. El desayuno es buffet y estaba bastante bien.

The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed and toiletries provided. Small gym facilities available. Close to the airport.

The WiFi wasn’t the best. Location is also a fair way from attractions. Tip: if you’re using a Otaxi app set your pickup location just outside the hotel or else you only get luxury options. I’d recommend hiring a car instead.

This newly built hotel made my stay in Oman so enjoyable. Prior to our arrival, the team contacted me and asked me about any preferences I had. I requested for a quiet, nonsmoking room which was on a high floor and they made sure all of my requests were granted. The facilities are well-managed. There is a lot of parking spaces which made it very convenient for me since we rented a car during our stay. The modern design gives a cozy vibe. The pool is so inviting and I must say that all of the recreational facilities are top notch. Another guest traveled with me to celebrate her birthday and the hotel management went out of their way to surprise her with a beautiful setup of the room with balloons and with towels that were creatively folded to look like swans and hearts. After a few hours, we were surprised that they provided scrumptious complimentary birthday cake. Apart from their well-maintained facilities, I must say that their superb guest service really was the cherry on top. I highly recommend staying in this affordable hotel if you want to have a nice and peaceful stay while in Oman. Truly, for travelers like us who are in a budget, we will definitely always stay in Aloft hotel.
