We have our home professionally cleaned and work hard to maintain a comfortable and clean home Our property has a strict no party/unauthorized gatherings, smoking, and pet policy/ THERE IS A $500-1000 FEE FOR VIOLATIONS OF PARTY/UNAUTHORIZED GATHERING, SMOKING, OR PET POLICY. The space Our home has 3 bedrooms and a futon in the flex room that serves as a fourth sleeping space. There are two bathrooms with spa like showers. The house includes sport equipment, games, and activities which will keep guest well entertained. Help your self to the complimentary food, drinks, and toiletries. Guest access Guest have full access to indoor and outdoor space All events need to be cleared by host prior to booking. Events are allowed at the host’s discretion. An event fee will be determined based on the size and type of event. Events must end by 11 pm unless approved by host.
