Location

The property was great! The only couple of things that would of made it better was the pillows and toilet paper. The pillows were extremely high and hard. We all woke up with aches. The toilet paper was really cheap. Hard for the ladies. Overall the property was in a great location, clean and great size for a group of eight. I would recommended!!

The property was exceptional in every way! So clean - all of the comforts of home! There were all the amenities needed including shampoo, outdoor games and an abundance of clean towels! Communication was excellent and minor problems were instantly resolved the same day! We will be back!

It was super comfy and fit 6 of us very well. I love the location as it was close to everything.

One of the blinds in the living room didn’t go all the way down and one in the dining area had some slats missing. Also the back door had no curtain on it so it brought in light when someone was sleeping in the pullout couch, but otherwise it was perfect.

The property was in a great location. We were there for our sons graduation, from college, in Nashville. The home was about 25 min from Nashville and in Franklin, a city with grocery, shopping, and dining nearby. The home also was set well with the amount of beds, bathrooms, and kitchen. The home is on a piece of property in a rural type neighborhood. You have great privacy.

The only suggestion I would have is it really could use another loveseat or seating of some sort in the living area. There is only one couch, an office chair, and sitting chair. The chairs aren’t exactly for relaxing. It’s a tough space to add another couch, but I think if the desk was moved out of the room a smaller loveseat could fit on the entry wall, providing more seating for a family. Overall it’s a great set up and perfect bedding set up in each room. Definitely not deal breaker or complaint, just a suggestion.
