Communications with hosts were excellent and quickly responsive. The only improvement would have been getting more info about how to work the coded door lock, both to unlock and lock. A nice extra: The hosts left extra snacks and beverages to welcome us. The kitchen and the house are large; the stove is huge. We cooked in one night for our group of 10. The kitchen has no overhead cabinets, but we were able to find everything we needed. We would have appreciated more paper towels and Kleenex. 6 family members stayed in this house. Soundproofing was great.The foldout bed in the living room was comfortable but there were no curtains to darken the room. Although I didn't measure them, the two queens looked like full size beds to me. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were a good size. There is a TV in every room and a pool table. There is a great view from the front yard, but there were only 2 outside chairs on the side patio, we would have liked more. There is no outside furniture in the back yard, which is sloped and largely unusable except for a cement porch and a grill. There were 2 parking spaces in front and in back, but the front curb is high for one space. There were a couple of bugs while we were there, but the hosts were very active in taking care of that. We loved the house overall, and plan to rent it again for our next family reunion. The location of the house on the west side is great, close to anything you would want or need.
