Enjoy the "Little Chip" cabin in the trees where you can work remotely, relax and explore beautiful Lake Arrowhead. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. Home is fully equipped. Centrally located. Five minutes away from the Village and Santa’s Village. The space This cabin is a great space for a family to stay and/or to work remotely. It is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. It is best suited for a max of four adults and some kiddos in the mix. SPACES: There is an upstairs loft with a queen bed. The main level has an open layout living room & kitchen, and a guest room with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom on each level of the home. On the lowest level, there is the kid's room with bunk beds, toys and books. There is also a room with a full size bed, TV & desk adjacent to the kid’s room. *BOOKING REQUESTS: I live part time at my cabin, and rent it when I travel for work. Please treat it as a well loved home and be kind to my neighbors. When requesting to book, please tell me about yourself, what brings you to Lake Arrowhead, and that you’ve read and acknowledged the home rules, parking & private lake restrictions. Please understand that the cabin can accommodate up to seven guests and two cars total. I cannot accommodate beyond this per the county permit. This is strictly enforced. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the locked closets. I'll send out a personalized door code & welcome message prior to your arrival. **This is NOT a party home! If you plan on breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to: There is no smoking inside or outside the property, this includes but not limited to Cigarettes, Marijuana, and Cigars. If we smell smoke in the home there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. If we find burn marks in any furniture, the guest is responsible for replacement costs. We do not enjoy removing pets or additional guests from the home as well as charging additional fees. We kindly ask that guests follow all house rules to avoid any issues. Smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits please do to rent this home. We do not enjoy removing people from our home, but the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors comes first.

We loved Little Chip! Great location, clean and comfortable house. Everything is very thought out and really does have all the basics that you need. Our favorite part was how kid friendly Little Chip is! Our little one LOVED the playroom which is packed with books and toys. The entire house is kid friendly as well; safe stairs, soft cushion on the edges of all furniture and fireplace! Makes it very easy for traveling parents 🙂 Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to those families with little ones (or without too)!
