Located in Hernando Beach, this lovely house for $378 per night is a great choice for your next break. Your entire family will be close to everything when you stay at this Hernando Beach home. Our home can host up to 12 guests comfortably and allows pets. Across from the Drunken Mullet, 8 minutes to Rogers Park, and 5 minutes to Hernando Beach boat ramp. This home allows you to host the entire family and friends all in one place. Our double lot allows you bring your furry friends, and has ample parking for cars and boats. We have 6 kayaks and fishing rods for you to enjoy the canal. Watch the sunrise from the upstairs deck or the sunset from the front window. Be sure to take a dip in the pool, or catch some fish from the floating dock! The space: Master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Guest bedroom 1 has a queen size bed. Guest bedroom 2 has bunk beds with a twin up top and full on the bottom. Guest bathroom is located between these two rooms next to laundry room. Queen size sleeper sofa located in living room. Downstairs has a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. Full bath downstairs. Yard is fully fenced with an above ground pool. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. Other things to note: Canal in the backyard does not allow access to main water. However, several boat ramps are just a few minutes away from the home. Aripeka, Jenkins Creek or Hernando Beach boat ramp which is across from the Blue Pelican Marina are readily available.

House is very nice. Our only complaint is that it was across the street from a bar that had outdoor music for two nights. That got a little old.

We spent a short weekend in Weeki and stayed at this wonderful property. We loved this house! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, including multiple condiments in the refrigerator. We spent a lot of time on the large, beautiful deck overlooking the river and a refreshing swimming pool. The location was great - a short walk to various bars and restaurants and a quick drive to the boat ramp. Alysia was very responsive with all my questions and even had a "welcome" sign for us when we arrived. Would love to come back to the area and spend a longer trip. A perfect house to spend time with family or friends.

The pictures didn't do the place justice. Everything was nice and clean and the room setup worked out perfectly for our group. We have a very large family so sometimes it can be hard to find a suitable place when travelling but this was perfect and had everything we needed! It was close to grocery stores and some restaurants and about a mile from a boat ramp. There was also plenty of room to park our boat and cars. The property owner was very welcoming and fast to respond. 10/10 would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was exactly what we expected and housed our group of 12 extremely well. Very clean and everyone enjoyed the pool. Ping pong was also a hit with the group. Easy check in/out and excellent communication from the property manager. Thank you!!

This place was amazing. From the moment we opened the front door we smelled CLEAN! The place was spotless and so cozy and inviting. They had every single thing you could possibly need and some you didn’t know you would need! I had some questions for the host and she was very quick in getting back to me and was very helpful. We had 5 adults and 3 kids ages 10, 9 and 5 and it was the perfect space for our family. The kayaks were a big hit with the family for early morning fun. It was close to our family who live 15 minutes away so that make it super convenient for us to entertain them at the house a couple times during our stay. We all loved it so much and found it hard to leave because it was so homey. We will definitely stay again…and probably again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

The Good: Great location, great setup on the water with kayaks, bench on the dock, hammock in the back yard, nice patio furniture and tv on the deck outside made for a great outdoor, relaxing time. The house was clean, well stocked, and had an overall great feel for a getaway. Location is close to Weeki Wachee State Park, on a river-way that was great for kayaks (not so great for fishing)... but would be good if you went not too far away. Our family had a wonderful and relaxing time. The not as good: Without exaggeration, the loudest lawnmower I've heard in my life, came by at 8am to mow the property (so much for sleeping in)... something that could be scheduled better. A.C. didn't work downstairs, so we all slept upstairs. Also, when booking, we listed a pet but nothing was said about an additional fee. That was requested later (we were told that it's because they're so hard to clean up after - which we do a great job of for our little dog all the time). Unfortunately, cleanup of other dogs wasn't happening. There were well over 30 poop piles throughout the back yard and also a used drug needle that someone nearly stepped on... fortunately, she saw it first and threw it away. Overall, this was a great spot and we recommend it.

There were 6 adults in our party and we all loved the house. It is spacious, provided privacy and included large common spaces where we could gather for meals, board games or relaxing in front of the tv. Our favorite space was the large covered deck with a wall mounted tv that overlooks the canal. Being from New England, we wanted to spend a much time as possible outdoors and this deck provided the perfect space. Kayaks and canoes were also available for use however we were limited on time so unable to get out there. We did see a couple of kids who were out kayaking and paddleboarding and it looked like a lot of fun. Not only is the house a great place but Alysia is also a great host. I had a couple of questions during the booking process and when we arrived and she quickly responded to all my questions. We wished we could have spent more time here but when we come back, we will definitely look for this house to rent again. Thank you Alysia!
