Surfs Up House **PRIVATE SALTWATER POOL** Welcome to the Surfs Up House in the heart of Gulf Shores! This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with deeded beach access directly across the street. A private saltwater pool was added in the Spring of 2022! A unique home that sleeps 16 and will allow you to bring 2 dogs on your vacation, Surfs Up House is perfect for your next family getaway!! When you walk into the main house, you will find an open floor plan that includes a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and provides access to the wrap around deck where you can sit and watch the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores. Slide open the doors to paradise and let in the cool breeze from the Gulf of Mexico which is directly across the street. The dining area table seats six people comfortably and the galley style kitchen is fully equipped and also has a stack washer dryer for convenience. The Master Bedroom offers a King size bed, flat screen television and access to the Gulf facing deck. The 1st guest bedroom features a king bed and wall-mounted flat screen television. You can access the 2nd guest bedroom through the 1st guest bedroom or from the shared full bath that includes an extended vanity counter and tub shower combination. The 2nd guest bedroom also features a queen bed, a wall-mounted flat screen television and a private full bathroom. If you need more room for everyone to relax, there is an attached apartment at the back of the main home with it's own entrance .The guest apartment features a spacious open floor plan including a large living area with 2 queen size sleeper sofas, a large wall-mounted flat screen television and a selection of board games - a perfect spot for older children and teens to hangout! The dining area can seat 8 to 9 and the full kitchen contains everything you need to prepare a fresh seafood meal. The apartment features a large bedroom with 2 queen size beds, a wall-mounted flat screen television, plus a full size bathroom. It even features an additional full size washer and dryer for added convenience. Both the main house and the guest apartment sleep 8 separately, bringing the total guests accommodated to 16, so bring the entire family and some friends! This home rents as 1 so you will not be sharing this space with anyone. Surfs Up is the perfect entertainment spot. The location cannot be beat. It is close to downtown Gulf Shores and within walking distance of local Gulf Shores festivals like Hangout Music Fest, the Annual National Shrimp Festival and the Annual Oyster Cook-Off and Craft Beer Weekend! There is also plenty of room to entertain at the house. There is a large sundeck complete with loungers and outdoor seating. The charcoal grill is also a smoker so bring your best BBQ game while everyone hangs out around the outdoor living area featuring a picnic table, 2 outdoor couches, numerous chairs, and 2 double hammocks centered around a large wall-mounted outdoor flat screen television. Game Day Saturdays never looked this fun! Challenge the fam to a game of basketball, cornhole or darts during halftime. However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

We had family in from out of town for Thanksgiving and it was my son's 21st Birthday so we all decided to go to the beach together. The house layout is perfect for groups. The small apartment worked well for our "Up Late" people. It has its own access to a lower patio and pool. While it only has 1 bedroom with 2 beds, both couches make out to beds. The patio has a TV and corn hole that everyone spent hours playing. The main house was perfect for our "early night" people. The three bedrooms were perfect for us. Only negative I have was the 3rd bathroom is only accessible through the bathroom or 2nd bedroom. So if someone was asleep and someone in bathroom you were unable to get out. But worked out ok for us. The front porch is perfect for early morning coffee and views. You can actually see the water and beach from the porch. There was 13 of us in our group. Ages rangeing from 19 to 72. And everyone had a spot they could go to and relax.

The televisions were not working at all on the day of our arrival and were not fixed until after 5PM the next day. We only had access to TV a half of a day during our stay. Thanks to your staff as they keep focused on the problem.

It was a great experience! Easy check-in, check-out, house was well equipped, easy access to beach, pool was a plus especially b/c beach was close a couple of days. Had plenty of games to keep kids entertained. Walking distance to stores and restaurants.
