Everything was nice clean it truly felt like a home away from home. Mr. Mohammed was kind easily reachable he made sure we had everything we needed he was very hospitable. My recommendation 100%...

I didn’t stay at this property after opening the door and smelling like rotten fish due to leaving the fridge disconnected developing this way mold. The host was very disrespectful when asked to fix the issue or reimbursed because even the rest of the kitchen, sink, stove, microwave, and oven were filthy. The bathroom curtain had mold and it was disgusting not to mention that the trash was left in trash can. The air vent was black full of dust. Clothes was left on top of the washer and washer and drier were dusty, lint left on drier and both were dirty. Prior to arrived to the place the host is contacting, when asked for directions because they were not showing in the booking, he will not answer fast enough and got upset, and when finally at the place and caught up in his lies of a sanitized and disinfected apartment owner was disrespectful.

I rented this place for 4 guys (Sub-Contractors) to perform a job at a new restaurant very close to this location for our company. They really enjoyed the comfortable accommodations that had a home away from home feel. It's in a gated community & vehicles that come & go are even monitored. Mohammad (host) was very accommodating, informative and kept in touch with me & our guys that occupied his rental and let us know if there were any issues or if we needed to contact him, he was available 24/7. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home.

We enjoyed our stay and we selected this apt because we wanted to visit Lithia Springs. The apt was a great location because it was near stores and near the springs

Mohammed was a very accommodating host. We did have an issue with the a/c which he was very quick to remedy. I understand that he is in the process of making some upgrades and small renovations to make the unit more accommodating. The home has a twin and 2 queen beds, linens were clean. There were little things that I was willing to overlook, but I hope this is the first of many future 5 star reviews for this unit. Mohammed made our stay one to remember and I wish him all the best for a successful future.

We drove 8 and a half hours for a wedding in Tampa, just to walk into this improperly maintained apartment. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with an awful smell that took us about 20 minutes to find. There was the previous guests food left in the microwave, which tells you it wasn't cleaned. We also found old frying grease in a bowl in the cabinets. None of the bed sheets/blankets or washed as we found other people's hair in the bed and could smell the hair products that was in the previous people's hair on the pillows. All they did was spray the blankets with febreeze. We slept with throw blankets on top of the bedding as we didn't want to sleep under the blankets and sheets. We had to clean the bathtub with hand soap before we could even use it, as it had black scum and body hair all over it, there wasn't even cleaning supplies in the apartment. Even then we gave our kids a shower and not a bath. We also had to use our hands to wash ourselves with as the owner informed us after looking around the entire apartment, that there wasn't any bath rags in the apartment. The air conditioning in the apartment didn't work as we had it set to 72 and it never got below 77 in the apartment. The owner also gave us a "complimentary" container of broccoli cheese soup that had expired on 12/15/2022, we left it in the fridge. We will not be staying here again.

The property met our needs for location and space. Complex was a bit noisy with neighbors and close to interstate. Very friendly atmosphere. Plenty of parking and no safety concerns.

I would definitely recommend and stay again. The host was very friendly and helpful. He actually called me the day of check in to ask if I had any questions or concerns. He also ask that I call with without hesitation if I had any questions or concerns during our stay.

This space was definitely not as advertised! The complex was far from desired. The apartment itself was nasty due to hair being left in the shower, a used bar of soap, and hair remnants on the bathroom floor from grooming or haircut! At night there were roaches on the kitchen counter. Would not recommend this unit to my worst enemy, it was terrible! Def not even worth the 1 star! The owner did give a partial refund due to the lack of cleanliness, but due to the duration of stay and lack of availability elsewhere, we could not leave and find elsewhere to stay.

Cleanliness of the carpet concerned me to the point that I booked a different place to stay as there were two toddlers with me. Host claimed it was cleaned and those were just stains but it clearly looked dirty over being just stained.
