My weekend stay was Excellent. Nice clean comfortable rooms I had the ocean front room and I really loved it. I took the valet parking cause everything you want is in walking distance food, bars and stores. The valet parking people was so nice and you can request your car from your phone as much as you like no additional charges and the front desk lady was Super nice she welcome us made us feel comfortable and told us what restaurants to try in the area The sandbox is okay I think it's good to go there for drinks they don't have a lot of food choices but overall my stay was Excellent I will be coming back soon. Don't forget to bring you some beach chairs so relaxing especially when the sun is setting

The hotel itself wasn’t bad, but the foot traffic around it is terrible. It’s surrounded by night clubs that blast music till 2am and you hear every beat of it in your room. Then people come to their hotel rooms drunk and making a total ruckus. Not a family friendly, kid friendly environment. Not happy at all

The stay was amazing. Everyone was very friendly(kid) and welcoming . The valet was worth every cent. Housekeeping and maintenance was amazing responded very quickly. Breakfast was decent enough to get the day started. The pool was closed two of the three days we were there, and the kids were looking forward to it. Overall a great stay would definitely stay again.

Everything was phenominal with this hotel. I unfortunately had a really hard time sleeping but it may have just been personal preference. Also there was a blinking light in the room near the ceiling that had white led lights flashing through the night. The ONLY reason I am bringing it up is so that they are aware. Not sure if there was something wrong with whatever it was but those lights drove me crazy trying to sleep. HOWEVER this place was a GREAT place to stay. They were more then accommodating, clean, great service, and over all it was a GREAT experience and would definately come back!

The hotel is very clean lovely beach view. Special thanks Johnathon in restaurant went above beyond to make Sure we were taken care of. I definitely recommend this hotel for beach stay ❤️❤️

It was amazing! Excellent staff, great breakfast with many options. The SandBar restaurant inside was perfect, an amazing view of the ocean. Clean, very spacious rooms, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Get the oceanfront rooms, completely worth every penny!

Fairly new property. Very clean and the staff was pleasant. Beach access is a plus… however, that drop down from the ramp to the beach could use some work. But if it were too much of a challenge, you can just walk down to the next hotels access. breakfast was good … nice variety. I would definitely return

Overall it was a decent experience. The hotel was very clean. Although the noise factor was a deal breaker. The walls seemed really thin. Could not sleep due to the people walking above. Also they were prepping for the air show. And there was alot a people at night. If your on the front of the building facing the road. Be prepared to hear it all. I think it all calmed down around 2am. And the bed wasn't the most comfortable. In all it was in a great location and the scenery was very nice. I really value my rest. And that night i didn't. I will retuen to jacksonville beach. But will find a more secluded spot. Now for the bad. When arriving onsite. I spoke with Will. I ask will is it mandatory that i use valet. And he told me it was mandatory. Later that night i received a charge on my card for a dollar amount that was suspicious. So the next morning at check out. I asked the guy behind the counter was it mandatory to use valet. And he said no. I explained that this was what i was told when i arrived. He stated he should not have use those terms. I think that if you are gonna have valet at the hotel. Please make sure people know this at the time of booking. I dont like strangers in my vehicle. But was told it was policy.

We arrived on Sunday and parking was difficult unless you pay $28 for valet. Monday through Thursday is free parking across from hotel in public parking. Friday through Sunday you must pay by hour via website to park. First night was loud because of college kids partying and nearby bars with thumping music until around midnight. We had ocean view and the smoke and smells keep us from enjoying the balcony. Then Monday came and it was great the rest of our stay. The college kids were gone the thumping music was gone and the beach was awesome.

We had a corner room that was very big. The bed was really comfortable. The pool area and bar were great. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Car valet was quick-just texted the number and car was pulled up very quickly. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

Pros - good location on beach, friendly staff Cons - strong sewer smell throughout hotel was nauseating, hurricane patio doors difficult to open/close, floors being cleaned all week limiting space to sit or eat breakfast, loud bar music every night across the street and 2nd night of our stay there was a young man shot & killed across the street on sidewalk which was extremely traumatizing since it was viewable from our patio with law enforcement, detectives & media in place during our visit 😢😢

Property was okay, clean, friendly staff. The only things that could use improvement would be to have full length mirrors in the rooms, the elevators were always jammed up, the walkway to the beach needed stairs at the end to get in the beach. The drop off was significant and difficult to get up and down to the sand. I would still stay here again.

This is the best hotel stay I have had in 44 years of travel! Every single employee was friendly, helpful and went above and beyond (especially Elvedin). I miss good service so much and this was such a pleasant reminder that people out there still value their customers. The property itself is so convenient and nice, we really never needed to leave the immediate area to do all the things we were wanting. I will stay here again next time I'm visiting.
