El servicio se trasladó al aeropuerto es perfecto y muy cómodo. La habitación era una habitación de hotel normal, muy limpia y muy cómoda.
Nos costó encontrar al chico que nos llevó del aeropuerto al hotel. Recomiendo acordar con antelación el punto de recogida de manera más concreta o con imágenes.

La cama también era enorme y muy cómoda
La moqueta estaba llena de manchas, quizá estaba aspirada y eran manchas que no se quitan, pero había tantísimas, que la sensación de suciedad superaba todo lo demás

Nice hotel for the price, room was clean and tidy and not outdated. The room was huge too! The airport shuttle was easy to organise via WhatsApp and the staff who I dealt with for the shuttle to and from the airport were really friendly.
When people were talking in the hallway you could hear it in the rooms, but once they were out of the hallway it was fine. The room was a bit too warm from central heating that I couldn’t control

Il servizio navetta è impagabile. Si dorme a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto con un prezzo davvero piccolo. Pulito. Non c’è colazione.
Amo fare colazione subito al risveglio senza dover cercare un bar fuori.

De vriendelijkheid en correctheid van het personeel. Organisatie was top: onmiddellijk opgehaald bij het landen. Geen stress meer.
Misschien wat meer variatie aan drank en versnaperingen voorzien op eerste verdieping.

Superhandige plaats voor als je vanuit Nederland een vroege vlucht hebt. Goed geregelde shuttle naar het vliegveld. Om te parkeren even zoeken naar een plekje. Parkeren gratis

Everything went very well. Jeremy and other staff members made me feel welcome and provided outstanding transportation to-from Charleroi Airport (CRL). I was also pleased with the two restaurants that were available nearby. I used the small convenience store across the street to pick up some snacks. It's a great place to stay, and they provided parking at no charge for my rental car.
All was fine.

clean and enough space. has a table and comfortable shower. free water in a fridge. very nice staff
it’s was hard to find the pick up location at the airport, it’s better to send location in Google maps. The air conditioner didn’t work as well as heating. they fixed the heating but it didn’t help, the room was freezing cold, especially bathroom. Wi-Fi signal in my room was weak and sometimes disappeared. for this money you definitely expect it to be better

The staff were so very friendly, they really made the best experience for me. The free airport shuttle is a fantastic feature. I also really liked the bed, how clean everything was and how quickly the room could be warmed up with the heating.
I was missing some soap / shower gel. Also i think the carpet could be replaced, it has bald patches. But that's all minimal.

it’s everything you need from an airport hotel, it’s clean, the bed was big and comfortable, the airport shuttle is free. one of my favourites.
