This is a great location if you like to park and be able to walk to UVA grounds, the corner, and the downtown mall.

This house was exactly what we were looking for, very clean, very comfortable. We loved it.

Since this was my first time renting someone's home, I didn't know what to expect. I was also under a lot of stress because we were in the process of an interstate move. The home is is perfectly located and close to ANYTHING you might need. It is very cute and the entire property is well-maintained. The home was stocked with everything we needed and didn't know we needed: coffee, creamer, sugar, laundry detergent, dish soap, utensils, etc. My only suggestions would be to use unscented laundry detergent to wash the bed linens and provide a more detailed explanation on how to access the parking area.

My family and I wanted somewhere quiet, clean, and close to some amenities in Charlottesville for a night and boy did we get it. Steve was excellent at communicating and the welcome binder contained everything we could need for our stay. The house was easy to access for us and offered more than enough room and lots of comfort for my little family to relax before we continued on our journey. And it was so close to Bodos! 10/10 would recommend.

Nice location and space. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect spot for two couples or friends to stay in C’ville.
