The Residences of Kensington are the crown jewel in our array of housing offerings. The Latte Lounge unit has granite waterfall countertops, built in tile fireplace and bunks or twins in second bedroom in lieu of queen bed. Each unit comes with a garage, not attached, and free laundry access in the building (not in the individual units). In addition to the garage there is a second parking space available.
