This house is professionally cleaned between 11am-4pm and checking in early without permission can hinder the efforts of our cleaning service as well as necessary house maintenance. You will be messaged a four digit door code the day of your check-in via the app. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We can provide 2 addition options: Rental Car and Hot tub. The HOT TUB for 7 people in our cozy backyard upon request. The use of the jacuzzi not included in the price of the house. Because from our experience, we have a lot of guests who want to save money and are willing to rent our house without the jacuzzi option. That's why we divide the cost of renting a house and the cost of a jacuzzi. Thank you for understanding. You can make a request and use it for an additional fee $30-40 per day. We do not allow late check-outs as we use a professional cleaning service that cleans the house to ensure the next guests may check-in at 4pm. A $100 fee (per hour) will be assessed for late check out . We would ask that you leave our property in the order that you found it; this includes, but is not limited to, the placement of interior and exterior furniture, decors, dish. Please double check that windows are shut and locked and lock the front door when you check-out. Please make sure you read the house rules below before booking. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited/not allowed inside this house. Please clean grill after use as a courtesy to the next guests. If the grill runs out of gas please disconnect the old tank and contact me promptly. We will do our best to get a full tank out to replace in a timely manner however if it's late night or for reasons out of our control we will replace as soon as reasonably possible. For your safety we have the fire extinguisher and first aid kit. In an emergency please dial 911 for assistance. A town noise ordinance is enforced from 10:00p.m. through 7:00a.m. Outdoor music and loud talking, or other disruptive behavior, is not permitted past 10:00p.m Please report any problems, needed repairs/services, or inoperative equipment to me promptly. We will make every effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Premises shall be used for recreational purposes only in a non-offensive manner. No use shall be made thereof which is unlawful, improper, noisy, or offensive, or contrary. No use our property for business. Please make sure to remove shoes after entering into the our house, because we strive to keep our carpets clean at all times.
