Clean & well situated. Communication excellent

We love this apartment. It's clean, spacious and efficient. We love the drying room function in the bathroom. We also love where it's situated...very close to everything-shopping, restaurants and all the convenient stores. This hotel posted that the Family Mart downstairs will take Yamata packages. The Family Mart downstairs does not take suitcases that's delivered by Yamata so we had to go on the bullet train with all our luggages during the New Year traveling crowd. Outside of that, this is a GREAT mini APT hotel!

This property was spacious and clean. It was very comfortable cosy for 4 of us. I liked the seperate shower and toilet. The bathroom had the best heater

Beautiful room and immaculately clean. Communication was excellent and there are amazing picture explanations of how to do everything. It is within a two minute walk to a subway station and is pretty well located to get to all of the places you may want to go. This is an excellent property and we would certainly stay here again.

You feel like home, the area is very quite and very convenient (restaurant, lawson, family mart, metro line...) But You are also just 10min walk from the very crowded area shinjuku station that is great!

Good quiet location right next to a family mart and walking distance from a subway station and about 15 mins from shinjuku station. Clean space and good for about 3 people.

Loved the location and ease of check-in/check out. Was stocked with all amenities and loved having a washing machine and ability to dry clothes.

Excellent location, had everything you could possibly need and more. It was so clean it looked like no-one had ever been in the apartment before! Would definitely stay again.

I’d like to live this property again

I liked that location, amenities, security and cleanliness. Only one thing i didn't like was the beds were so firm. Unfortunately they were not suited for me.

The property was very clean, within a KM to JR Shinjuku station, plenty of dining option, and the cherry on top was the 24/7 family mart downstairs. The unit also has washing machine and drying option so no need to take plenty of clothes for your travel.

Whole apartment for yourself with everything you need. English instructions for all appliances. Great location close to groceries, metro or a short walk from Shinjuku station and Kabu.

A recommander

This isn't really a hotel, it's more like an apartment building that you get access to w/ a building entrance code and apartment entrance code. The apartments are fully furnished and the staff are helpful and easy to contact. They gave us a pdf file w/ helpful information about the area as well as the apartment. Inside the apartment, there were signs in English w/ instructions on how to use some of the less-obvious features. (Although I would have greatly appreciated one for how to use the stove...) The apartment wasn't huge but it was certainly big enough!

Sparkling clean property in a convenient location. It's next to the Higashi Shinjuku (東新宿) station. It's one stop over from Shinjuku JR station. Located in a relatively quiet residential/office area yet a short walk to the bustling night life scene near the Shinjuku station. There's a 24-hour family mart downstairs of the building and a Maruetsu supermarket within 3 min walk. There's a washing machine inside the unit.

The owner was very attentive to any queries I had and everything was well labelled. The apartment was alot bigger and cleaner than the ones we had stayed at previously. Wished we had stayed here the whole time! Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and convenient. We stayed there twice in our entire trip, loved it.

Very clean, well located close to subway lines. The room was very small but efficient.

Stayed 3 nights. Check-in was super easy, and the room was perfectly clean. We had an easy time getting around the city, the metro station nearby provided easy access to most places we wanted to go to. The nearby FamilyMart was super convenient for a late night snack. I would stay here again.

Our stay at the Flower Terrace was our first stop in Japan with our two boys. We loved this place! It felt so comfy and incredibly quiet with an easy laundry option. Loved the location, too.

Great Location. Quiet plus just a 7 minute awesome walk to all the Shinjuku action. Right next to Shinjuku-Higashi train station to get to Shibuya fast. Family Mart was a blessing. The condo was modern and clean. Endless hot water with best water pressure. Washer and dryer area was great and much needed as we packed light. Good enough for a family of 4 adults and I'm 6 foot 3. Owners kept checking with us to ensure we had anything we needed. Easy check in as we arrived after midnight. Thank you!!!

This hotel is super convenient to all of the sights and sounds or Shinjuku, I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to come to visit this area of Tokyo. The rooms are super clean and comfortable and the concierge service was excellent!!

Too small for 4 people. Noisy at night time, many ambulances passing by. Close to east shinjuku station but quite far from shinjuku station. Around 20minutes walk from shinjuku west gate. Clean environment though.

Perfect place to stay, as far as roominess goes. It’s a full -on apartment. Very comfortable.
