The location and the price.

The house is smelly and the host is so-so. When we arrive, there is staff inside the house, watching tv which is not normal for us since its almost 5pm. (Check in time is 3pm). No clear instruction about parking and what lift should we take. We use visitor lift which lead us to common floor only. We supposed to take resident lift, but the host didn't mention about this. The house also smell like fish market which they said it was normal. The smell comes from outside, but we suspect the smell is actually comes from inside the house. Overall.. maybe we are just unlucky, but this place will be out of our list next time we visit kk.

Pemandangan yg sangat indah,tenang dan sangat selesa. Staff semua sangat ramah serta helpful. Sesuai sangat utk bersantai dengan keluarga.

Hmm,yg paling tak suka apabila susah nak contact manager ketika berurusan dengan sebarang pertanyaan dan mengenai detail tetang penginapan. Need more attention on that.

I loved everything here. The location is very strategic, near with Philippine Market, a convenience store, and I booked with the sea view. It was a lovely short stay here. For sure, will book again in future

Location betul2 depan pasar besar kk dan pasar Philippine. Bilik bersih dan kemas. Ada netflix. Dapur pun barang lengkap. Ada deposit Rm100 boleh online transfer. Cadangan saya pada owner deposit tu kalau customer sama stay check out dan checkin balik dalam minggu sama tak perlulah minta deposit lagi sedangkan deposit refund ambik masa 7hari berkerja.

Bilik master tu kalau boleh letak langsir yg tebal, sama mcm langsir balcony tu. Kadang2 ada keluarga atau kawan2 yang tinggal sebilik dgn yang berhijab. Bilik single tu pintu tak boleh tutup. Saya cadangkan guna sliding door. Untuk menjamin keselamatan kipas tu boleh tukar kepada kipas meja atau kipas dinding yang sesuai. Router ada tapi password tak ada.
