Welcome to our Modern Craftsman Home, located in the heart of Egg Harbor, Door County, Wisconsin! This spacious home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with Jenn-Air appliances. Our home features high-end custom finishes and a large backyard with a fire pit. It's within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants in downtown Egg Harbor, and just a short drive from the rest of the beautiful Door Peninsula. As we mention at other points in the listing, the house is private. However, there is a guest suite above the garage that we rent separately. It has a private entrance, and the guest suite guests do not have access to the backyard. There are no shared spaces or shared walls. As the owners and managers of this home through our company, DoCo Vacations, we take a unique approach to hosting. Our goal is to maintain professional standards while still providing a personal touch. We pride ourselves on delivering a clean and fully furnished rental property and making sure our guests have all the necessary supplies. You can walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Egg Harbor. HWY 42 will take you conveniently up the “bay side” of the peninsula, which includes popular towns like Fish Creek, Ephraim, and Sister Bay. County HWY E can take you to the “quiet side”, which includes towns like Jacksonport and Bailey’s Harbor. We are a short 20 minute drive north of Sturgeon Bay, which is growing as a tourist destination in Door County. You’ll have access to the home, the front porch, the back yard/patio/fire pit. The garage will not be open during your stay, and there is a guest suite above the garage that we rent separate from the main house. The guest suite has a private entrance, and no spaces are shared between the main house and the guest suite, other than the driveway. You’ll need a car to get here, which you can park in the driveway. You can walk to Egg Harbor, or conveniently drive anywhere else!
