The property is approximately 80sqm and located on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs. The living space is filled with natural light, making it airy and bright, and boasts a spacious living/kitchen/dining area. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped, making it ideal for home-cooking tasty meals. A quaint balcony overlooking the residential street offers a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The main bedroom is roomy and comfortable, with a double bed and ample storage space. A beautiful balcony overlooking neighboring gardens is the main attraction of this apartment, providing a peaceful outdoor space. Just off the main bedroom, you'll find the twin bedroom, decked with two single beds. If there are no arrivals on the same day, we can offer extended check-out times. The weekly price of the property includes basic utilities, but if the inclusive amount of KWh is exceeded, an extra charge will apply.
