This was a horrible experience. This property was misrepresented by the pics. It was roach infested. There were cockroach droppings in most of the cabinets, in the silverware trays and all of the kitchen drawers. I took pictures of all of it and a video of a large live roach in the silverware tray. We killed several roaches and a large waterbug. A roach crawled on my wife's arm when she was asleep at night. We could not put any food or items in the kitchen area for fear of roaches getting into it. We were concerned about taking roaches with us in our personal belongings when we vacated. we had to look through most of our stuff for roaches.
Additionally, the bedroom with the bunks did not have any ventilation to provide AC or heat to it. We did not notice this until the following day when we needed to cool that room. Our 2 autistic boys had to sleep in that room and could not sleep due to excessive heat in that room. We had to leave the bedroom door and the 2 bedroom access bathroom door open in attempt to cool their bedroom. Due to their disabilities they could not occupy another bedroom. This was gross negligence and misrepresentation in advertising for not mentioning a bedroom without air conditioning or heating. I find this outrageous.
Additionally, the pull out couch was inoperable due to a broken frame. Two us finally opened it to find the mattress covered with rust.
When we first arrived the refrigerator smelled horribly like fish. They were not able to remove

It was exactly what we expected it to be. It was clean and the hot tub and pool was absolutely beautiful. Short walk to the beach and everything we could have wanted or needed was there. Only disappointment was there was no porch swing but all the other amenities made up for it.

The house was great. It had great amenities. However the weather was disappointing, cloudy, foggy and cold. Can’t do anything about that!
