The consistent overall 10 ratings given by previous tenants are well earned. We had a group of 6 Air Force veterans who hadn't seen each other as a group in 40 years. This house had everything we could ask for. In fact, we didn't even get to use all the amenities being offered. Every bedroom had a large bed, all the TVs were very large, and the kitchen had just about every appliance, pot, etc that one could use during their stay. The hostess is incredibly responsive and never seemed bothered by all the questions I asked. Even the check-out process was very simple! Also, plenty of parking, in a great neighborhood, and very close to numerous attractions (e.g. Surprise Stadium for Spring Training games). I could go on and on but the pictures for the listing speak for themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again on my next trip to the Phoenix area!

This house was perfect for all of our family that came in from different states for our daughter’s wedding. Plenty of room for everyone and the backyard makes you feel like you are staying at a resort! 10 out of 10 for sure!

Home was clean and inviting. Pleasantly surprised! Owners were extremely accommodating. Response to questions while visiting was prompt. Check out was the easiest we have ever experienced. So happy the home provided what we needed to celebrate my fiancé 50th.

Perfect and easy going

We stayed at this property for our son's wedding weekend in Phoenix. It was amazing! They had everything we needed (ad more!) and were super accommodating! They came right out to fix one small issue we had and then allowed us to stay past our checkout time because we had a late flight. We would 100% stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time! Property was centrally located for lots of sightseeing. Clean and well stocked home. Very comfortable. Would recommend for any family gathering.
