This is our primary residence and now that we're retired, we're doing lots of traveling. As we've had great experiences staying in other VRBO's, we decided to join the fray and open our home as well to fellow travelers. Tim and Paige, our super host friends, will be here to take care of you and help make your stay a great one. (Fun Fact: Tim and his company completely renovated this house in 2020!) Located a short walk from downtown Murfreesboro, this home is very spacious and light with about 3,000 sqft of living space. The heart of the house is the large open kitchen/living/dining area, with a granite island, formal dining table (expands to sit 10), comfy sectional leather sofa and a 70" OLED TV. On the main floor, in addition to the kitchen/living/dining areas, there are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms. A 3rd bedroom/office has a full size pull down wall bed and a work area with monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer. (WE MUST BE NOTIFIED UPON BOOKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE THE MURPHY BED) There is also a very comfortable and quiet screened porch, laundry room and a hall bathroom. The upstairs is dedicated to entertainment. You will find a very large home theater area with a Sony XBR 85" 4K TV and Yamaha 5.2 surround sound system. There is also a full size electronic Yamaha piano (P-115), electric and acoustic guitars, a few board games, jigsaw puzzles, a dart board and some exercise equipment (2 yoga mats, resistance bands, 10 & 12 lb dumbbells). Finally, there are 3 other beds (two full size and one twin size bunk) to accommodate larger parties. Note that the twin bunk bed can only be used by someone under 150 lbs. In the backyard, there is a wood burning fire pit (guests to provide their own wood) and a small gas BBQ grill on the back porch.
