There is a completely separate apartment above that takes up the entire 2nd floor. The Flat has its own entrance and parking. Privacy is well preserved inside the dwelling. It is truly a great value for this beautiful and modern space! ***This property does not allow pets Guests have full access to the Flat, which is the entire ground floor level. Guest also have access to the firepit area exclusively - this is not a shared area. The best way to be in touch with us is through the booking platform messaging center, but we are available via text or phone. Access for home is through keypad lock and allows for check in after hours. The property is located in Downtown Bryson City, and is an easy walk to all of the shops, restaurnts, bars, and the local brewery. The location of our Flat allows you to walk to all that downtown Bryson City has to offer. If you bring your bikes an array of mountain and road biking opportunities abound right from your doorstep. Please note. 1. The home is on a property with our long term rental buildings, and has a well managed trailer park and the First Baptist Church of Bryson City as neighbors. 2. The house has a full kitchen and almost everything you would need to prepare any meal. However, the kitchen is not stocked with condiments or supplies with the exception of a few spices and salt and pepper. 3. No pets are allowed in this dwelling. Going tubing on Deep Creek??
