Welcome to Dune Lake, a brand new build nestled in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Powell & the white sandy beaches of PCB! This peaceful, pet-friendly home sleeps 10 & features a private pool, fenced-in back yard, & electric grill for your enjoyment. The home also has Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, washer & dryer, & a private garage. Bring the whole family down to enjoy the freshwater fun of the lake, soak in the sun at Carillon Beach or explore Camp Helen State Park nearby. The first floor of the home features the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining room, and half-bath. Upstairs are two rooms with queen beds, a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, a full bathroom, and a play/tv area that's great for kids! Each bedroom closet has luggage racks for your convenience. Please note that we only provider start packs for this property. Beach/pool towels are NOT provided, so you will want to bring your own. Guests will have access to the entire house and pool. Dune Lake is located on the west end of Panama City Beach. You are very close to the beach, Lake Powell, Carillon Beach (great spot for shopping & good eats) & close to grocery stores, shopping, & attractions at both Pier Park & 30A. You are also a short drive to the airport as well! Need extra room for other visitors? Check out our neighbor house - 'The Coral Reef' that is also available for rent! This property is pet friendly. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $175. This covers one dog under 50lbs. This must be approved with Management prior to arrival. There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500, no exceptions.
