Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This renovated historic home was the perfect spot for us and our adult children and grandchild. The bedrooms were well appointed equipped with room fans. The kitchen was well stocked with great storage, appliances and room to cook meals every night. The expandable table seated everyone. Linens, including beach towels were provided. A washer and dryer were great and included supplies. On top of that the location was spectacular in Provincetown s West End, close to the excitement of downtown commercial street but far enough away that it was quiet. And the local public bay beach was just two houses down across the street. We swam, kayaked and watched the sun rise from there. We can’t say enough about this spot!!

The house was not only spotless, it was honestly bigger than expected and I don't really think the pics do it justice. The house is definitely an old cape, no doubts about that, but it was roomy and extremely clean even with 11 grown men. Not having an AC wasn't a problem as the week was fairly cool, but I can definitely see that being a deal breaker in the future if the week was hotter - either way it is clearly stated so we were aware of the risk! I would absolutely rent again if I had a large group.
