Located in Laguna Beach, this attractive house for $189 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Make beach vacation memories at this unique, family-friendly 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story beach cottage. Sleeps 7. No stairs, elevators or high rise condo crowds! Just a 10 minute walk, or just a few minutes with the provided bicycles lets you be close to the beach, but in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. Located approx 0.5 mile from the beach on the west end of PCB, in the golf cart friendly community of Laguna Beach. Located between Pier Park and 30A. Small pets under 30 pounds welcome, with NO additional pet fee. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and toys are available for your use. We also provide 5 different sized bicycles and wagons for your use! Space available to park your boat and a hose available for fresh water rinse. Owner Managed, no 3rd party management company. We will quickly address any issues. We take pride in hosting a very clean house. You are a 10 minute drive from the world famous Pier Park shopping and dining. Two separate bedrooms for guest use. Two bathrooms, one with a stand alone bath tub and an outdoor shower. The entire fenced property is available for your use! Enter the property in the living room where there is a queen sleeper sofa and two chairs, one of those is a recliner. The kitchen and dining area has seating for 7 total. We take our coffee seriously! We provide a Ninja brewmaster pro coffee maker that takes ground coffee and K-cups. It also has a frother attachment. Down the hallway is a guest bathroom and a stacked washer and dryer. At the end of the hall is the two bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the right and has a new king sized bed with a twin pull out trundle underneath for little kids. It has its own en-suite bathroom. Across the hall is the 2nd bedroom which hosts a twin bunk over a queen bed. There are board games and some toys to entertain in the evenings. Laguna Beach is known for its white sand beaches and being a golf cart friendly community. A mix of old and new beach community, you won’t find friendlier neighbors! Free onsite parking with space available for smaller boats less than 26’. Disclosure: There is a ring camera floodlight on the front left corner of the house. **After booking you will be sent a renter agreement. **Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon May through October. We do not offer refunds, change dates or offer any concessions due to weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance. There is no-smoking and pets are only allowed if non-aggressive and under 30 pounds. MAX of 2 pets. This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, noise complaints or partying will result in immediate eviction with no refunds or concessions. Upon booking, guests agree to forever hold harmless and indemnify Owner from any liability to guests or guest property. If you book directly to save money on booking fees, there is a $300 deposit. The deposit runs 48 hours prior to arrival and releases automatically 48 hours after departure if there are no damages.

Just kidding on the didn't leave part but if we had to stay at the Coral Casa the whole week it was so comfortable and well thought out for everything a family needs that we really could have never left the property and had a great vacation. The cleanliness was 5 star as was the comfort of the beds, couch and chairs. The kitchen was an open area to cook and eat in spaciousness and fully equipped with premium utensils and cookware and even a drawer full of spices. Tile in the kitchen and 2 full bathrooms with clean (new)carpeting throughout the rest. No tvs in the bedrooms which may serve to the kids that "you don't come to the beach to watch tv". Could use a mat in the shower for us middle ages was about my only complaint. Yard is beautifully landscaped and plenty of seating and outdoor lighting and tables for grilling and staying outdoors to eat. Host is amazingly kind and attentive to anything that might occur. We asked for the auto flood lights to be disabled only because we are star gazers and the quiet low lit neighborhood is perfect for that. Thank you again April for all your kindness and making our stay 5 stars across the board. We will be back soon I hope

My boyfriend, Mike, and my cute fur baby cat Dinah stayed at this lovely beach house. We enjoyed this clean and creatively designed getaway. There are unique fixtures and artwork. The vibes were positive and it had all the amenities that we would need. It fit all of our needs and we slept great! It is on a quiet side of Panama City Beach at Laguna beach which we easily walked to. They had lots of beach items available to use in the shed. After the beach, I enjoyed a relaxing bath in their tub which was set up with bath salts. The property was absolutely perfect and would work great for a family or couples.

We had a great extended long weekend, to PCB. The house was beautiful and perfect!! Linens were nice and the king bed slept better than my mattress at home!! The kitchen had everything we needed! We had our small dogs with us and the house has a beautiful wooden private fenced in yard. Great patio furniture so we sat outside in the evenings and enjoyed our stay. Thanks and we’ll be back!!

We really loved this house. It was super cute, remodeled and up to date. It was in a great location. We had a few cleaning issues with housekeeping, but the host had them come back and take care of it immediately. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing time staying at Aprils coral Casa, a short and easy bike ride to the beach with provided wagon and beach materials. The coral casa was amazingly clean and comfortable, we will definitely be returning.

All together our group had three adults, three children and two dogs and this house was amazing for us! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, even a dog bed and a pack and play! This house provided the perfect getaway that allowed us to relax at the beach (within walking distance) then come back and relax next to an outdoor fire on the patio. The home is wonderfully located next to some great food, we never traveled more than 15 minutes for any restaurant we went to. Extremely easy drive to the convenient store for any quick needed items. Upon arrival, the home was spotless! The owners do a fantastic job of ensuring everything is in tip-top shape. 10/10 will be coming back for next years vacation!

Such a cute home. April definitely took pride in the decor. We utilized the suggestions in the guidebook and also made use of the bikes. Beach was super close by. We were celebrating our one-year wedding anniversary and this getaway was exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect. Had pretty much everything on hand for us to have an amazing vacation. House was very clean and a 10 minute walk to the beach. This beach area was not super crowded even on Memorial Day weekend. Neighbors were all nice. Our entire family and pups loved this place. The little details included were phenomenal and the outdoor area was enjoyable to just hang out. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you April and Aaron!

This property was so cute and convenient! 10 minute walk to clear blue water and restaurants/bars. The front yard was perfect for our pup and the home itself was cozy and comfortable. Host was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend for a PCB getaway!

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean,comfortable and has everything you need away from home. The only thing I would do is add TV'S to the bedrooms, other than that for us everything was perfect.

Thankful for the information that was provided as well inspiration to build memories and to return back someday. The labels are very helpful with the new technology. I’d call it a home away from my own home. Felt amazing as well as protected and safe. It was very dreamy and I can’t wait till next year!!!!

My family (husband, me, & son plus our two small dogs) wanted a quick getaway for the weekend. This house was perfect! Great location. Convenient to everything but quiet. The fenced yard was a hit with our dogs. Can’t wait to go back! 5 out of 5 would highly recommend!
