Amazing Lost Bridge Village direct lakefront cottage! 180 degree year-round panoramic lake view from most rooms and upper and lower decks. Lake view photos do not do this phenomenal property justice. We have not seen better lake views in the 20+ years that we have lived in the Beaver Lake area! Gentle walk down to private gently sloping beach. The beach area is extremely clear with pebble beach. No large boulders or rocks to trip over - Looks onto main channel of Beaver Lake - Perfect place for kayaks and swimming ( lake gear provided). Or, launch your boat at Lost Bridge South campground directly across lake (5 minute car drive) and jet (2 minutes by boat) directly across the cove to anchor by the beach. Watch eagles and deer! New large fire pit (firewood provided) with open lake views - a great spot to relax and unwind after a day in the water or hiking/biking the nearby trails. Tie your boat off in front of house for breakfast, lunch and supper. Rent a boat and/or overnight slips available at Lost Bridge Marina (5 minutes from house) - Enjoy s'mores or a beverage around the fire pit at night! Best panoramic lake views in Lost Bridge Village! This property is a tru gem. We came in with high expectations based on the pictures and the owners truly exceeded our expectations with their preparation cleanliness and unbelievable views. We watched bald eagles in the morning and local deer in the afternoon. Evenings were spent by the variety of fireplaces on the property. The kitchen is so well equipped you could feed small army. The bedrooms are well appointed and the water sports available on property or more than adequate. Even though there are other homes nearby, you felt like you were in the woods on the lakefront and have everything all to yourselves, very peaceful and quiet both day and night.

Clearview Cottage was the perfect place for a small family reunion over the holiday. The property was clean and well stocked and perfect for a family that loves to cook together. The views of the lake were amazing and the deer herd and a bald eagle over the water always were delightful. The location was well suited for day trips to Crystal Bridges, War Eagle Mill, and the Pea Ridge Battlefield Park. Bill was quick to respond with helpful answers to our questions. This is an outstanding property and location and we highly recommend Clearview Cottage!

Overall we had a great stay here and I do recommend it but I do have a few words of caution for people with mobility issues.
This is a lovely house and it is true to the photos you see on line. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The view of the lake and mountains (especially in the Fall) was gorgeous. We were able to take advantage of the free use of kayaks and to make a fire in the fire pit where we roasted hot dogs and marshmallows. Wood is provided as well as metal forks/rods for roasting hot dogs. It was easy to get a hold of the owner when we had a couple of questions. Truly, we had no complaints.
For people with mobility challenges be aware there are two stories and only one bedroom on the first floor. The stairs going down to the bottom floor are very steep & narrow. They were a challenge for everyone including the grandkids. My husband and I have trouble with our balance and did not feel comfortable taking the stairs (or trying to take suitcases down the stairs) so we stayed upstairs. Our son, his wife & their kids (ages 38,36,13, &5) all stayed downstairs where there are three bedrooms and the washer and dryer. You are asked to wash the towels you use before you leave and to strip your beds and to leave the sheets by the washer. We were grateful our kids did all of this for us as it would have been more of a struggle for us. The walk to the lake is over rocks so you might want to bring a walking stick to help.

With the canvas of the Creator as a backdrop, the breathtaking setting of your house was stunning upon our arrival! From the sunrise over the tops of the golden red fall leaves to the setting sun as it flickered over the lake, the scenery became a picture on a postcard. The design of the home was compelling: the windows set to take advantage of the gorgeous lakefront; the high ceilings accented with the gorgeous beams; the wrap-around porch - every inch thoughtfully put together. Our family had plenty of room - and every convenience - to serve us beautifully! It was refreshing, relaxing, and so much more to be your guest, and we thank you for providing such a lovely retreat in the Arkansas mountains for travelers from Louisiana. The Beard Family

This cottage was a dream to stay in for the week. It had everything we needed and more. Definitely somewhere we would revisit on future trips to beaver lake. The house was quite spacious with four bedrooms, three of which had king-size beds. The communication prior to check-in was excellent, and we were provided all the information we needed upon arrival. They even provided a vase of fresh flowers, bottle of Moscato wine, Giradelli chocolates, and Fiji water bottles for our visit. There were plenty of supplies such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet, paper, laundry, pods, and more. We didn’t really want for anything. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality cookware, plates, glasses, and lots of utensils. The hosts even put fall decorations in the cottage. They provided quality kayaks, life vests, floating mats, and a lily pad. They really thought of everything. A very quiet cove with amazing views from the two tiered deck. Be sure to bring hood water shows as the shoreline is rocky and sharp in some places. Most of the lake is that way to help with erosion I would guess. Our tender footed dog struggled a bit. A short drive to hiking trails. It could take 30-45 minutes to reach the larger towns such as Rogers, Bentonville, and Eureka Springs. The curvy roads add the time but are beautiful in the fall. This place is a must visit, you will be hard pressed to find another VRBO in the area that is as comfortable, peaceful, and well taken care of. ❤️🤩😎

This location is one of the best lake houses we have stayed in. Beautiful lake house with the most amazing lake view. Easy access to the lake. The house is very well furnished and very clean. Owners were very responsive to all communication. Our plan is to book again next year in Oct.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Clearview Cottage and Bill and Jen are fantastic responsive hosts. We were on the deck or at the lakeshore all the time. And the living room with the big windows was perfect on one rainy morning. The cottage has everything you need and more. The kayaks and camp chairs were wonderful and helpful. Be aware it is a windy road to get there but your destination is worth it! We will definitely be back!!!

From the moment you walk in the front door you are greeted with a panoramic view of Beaver Lake with the floor to ceiling windows! The home furnishings are beautiful and you feel right at home. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The beds are comfortable also. There is lovely patio furniture to enjoy the magnificent views. You will not be disappointed in this lovely cottage!!

This is a lovely house, situated in a quiet cove. It has all the amenities you could want. Well equipped kitchen, nice bbq, immaculate inside and out. Responsive, helpful owner. Quality water toys, kayaks and beach chairs. I regularly rent with VRBO and this property is easily a 5 star for the location and price. Enjoy!!

Absolutely beautiful view. This place was very unique for sure with it's octagon shape, loved it. Suggestions tho but wasn't a deal breaker.... Beds were way to hard in my opinion and kinda wished the yard was cut cause chiggers were bad. But overall we had a good weekend. Oh and loved loved loved the kayaks!

My family and I had a fantastic time in this well appointed immaculate house. Everything you need is right there. The lake views are spectacular. We swam twice a day in crystal clear lake water that was heavenly. In our time we went to the crystal bridges museum, eureka springs historic tram tour and rented a pontoon boat for a half a day…all amazing activities. We will definitely book this terrific house again next summer.

Our stay at this Lost Bridge property was terrific. The house provided everything we needed. Lots of towels, chairs, life jackets, and kayaks to enjoy the lake. It was extremely clean and well-cared for. We enjoyed all the outdoor living space including the multi-level deck and fire pit. Plenty of parking for our vehicles and boat. Two public access boat ramps about 10 minutes from the house. The owners were very nice to work with and quick to respond to questions.

My family and I stayed 6 nights and it wasn’t long enough! Clear View Cottage is a beautiful and unique little lakefront property. It is hard to find a nice rental property on Beaver Lake with amazing views AND such a nice pebble beach with easy access to the water. The house was very clean and well cared for. The booking process was simple from start to finish with great responsiveness from the hosts, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this property and we will be staying here again for our future Beaver Lake vacations!

The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities, too! There are plenty of gathering spaces inside and outside the house. The pictures really don’t capture the beauty of this property. We enjoyed the bonfire and kayaks and the sunrise was breathtaking! We would definitely book again.

The rental was perfect for our stay. It was a short trip but we had a great extended weekend. The house was very clean and had wonderful furnishings. The Kayaks were extremely nice and we had a great time on the lake.
The view from the interior upstairs and downstairs was extremely beautiful and peaceful. The directions and entry to the house went smoothly. There is very good lighting which helped tremendously because we actually arrived after dark, in the rain.
Eureka Springs is about 45 minutes away and Rogers is about 30 minutes. All roads were nice in the woodsy area and all roads were paved so it allowed safe driving especially at night in the dark rain. The Thai Food was our favorite in Eureka and Local Flavor Cafe was also very good. We figured out to use the trolly system in Eureka Springs. Parking is limited. There is also an amazing coffee shop in Rogers. It is the nicest coffee shop we had ever been in. It was huge! It was on Walnut and 2nd St. I think it was called Onyx. It had great coffee and pastries.
