Nestled in Titusville, this lovely house for $1,016 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Enjoy panoramic scenic river views at this sun filled corner unit townhome. Views from the rear directly face the NASA vehicle assembly building with amazing views of the many space launches from a wrap around balcony! Gorgeous sunrises, and up close river views from multiple balconies or the huge covered screened in porch on lowest level with it's own fireplace and bar area. Lots of nearby restaurants! Playalinda Beach is a 22 minute drive and the Cape Canaveral Birding Trail is 15 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is a 15 minute drive. Cocoa Beach is also nearby and Disney theme parks are exactly a one hour drive! There is a kayak rental business just two addresses north. The inside of this townhouse features a beamed ceiling great room with huge windows and an 85" big screen TV. All four bathrooms have just been remodeled. There is a large front room with a brand new pool table. The townhome has over 3500 sq. ft. for you to spread out and enjoy! There is also parking for up to four vehicles.

Our son is an intern at Kennedy Space Center Engineering and we came for family day. The accommodations were phenomenal! Perfect location to watch a SpaceX launch. Easy access to the space center. We had a terrific experience and hope that we can do this again! Thanks for everything Suzanne!

The property delivered everything we expected. Comfortable rooms, great view. Got to see a SpaceX launch from the balcony. Good access to groceries stores and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet despite the road in front. I would enjoy staying here again.

We dont rent home much on vacation, we usually just get a hotel, so of course this home was beyond amazing. Clean, stocked well with kitchen supplies and cooking needs. The parking was adequate, the main living area was huge. We were able to have family and friends over one evening and we had sooo much space to visit and enjoy one another. Contacting the owner was very streamline as we needed to contact them due to my two 16 yr old girls sleeping in a bed that broke on them. I just felt terrible that this had happened and reassured her that my girls were not jumping on the bed or disrespecting the home. I also informed her that i purchased an insurance policy on the home and would file if need be to replace the bed. She was extremely gracious and said that the bed frame was not a sturdy one and that there was not a problem and she would replace it on her own. What a beautiful person to see that it was an accident and that she did not make us feel bad at all for the incident. It truly is a beautiful home with a beautiful owner and i will rent again next time we come visit famiky in Titusville. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We made great memories there.

As a whole, this is a beautiful home, and an amazing location. We were able to witness a rocket launch, which is definitely a bucket list item for anyone. We arrived early, and the host was generous to let us check in four hours ahead of their schedule. The home is spacious nice, and beautiful. We were kind of surprised that the master bedroom was completely open to the downstairs and the staircase more like a loft. I’m not someone who requires a ton of privacy, but teenagers downstairs watching TV. Definitely hinder sleep🤪 and it would have been nice to have that noted on the listing. The bathroom is also completely open to the bedroom, and the sinks are basically connected to the wall behind the bed so you can’t be in the bathroom while other while someone is sleeping without waking them up. Nothing is wrong with this, it just might be nice to have it noted on the listing. If you go and plan on cooking very much, you might need to bring along some items. I asked prior to coming and was told that it was a completely stocked kitchen. However, I need more than one skillet and a sauce pan in order to cook a meal. As a whole, I would definitely recommend the property as long as you are aware of all of the details.

Needed a place to stay in Titusville for family business. Really lucked out with this villa on the river. The accommodations were everything as advertised. Our hostess was very gracious. We were able to relax and even had front row seats for a rocket launch.
