Friendly Staff but old facility , stayed the weekend and the pool was only opened on Saturday and closed Sunday . Reason for booking was bc of pool .

Room was not as advertised. Smelled horrible and house keeping has to come spray with Lysol and mop the floor

First the good, great location, bed was comfortable, kitchenette was nice to have. The room was clean enough. Now the bad. People were talking loudly outside our door all night, cursing and complaining. I kept finding a cigarette butt can right outside my door. I’d push it off to the side, it kept showing up. The heat/AC unit wasn’t working properly. On the third day we noticed water on the bathroom floor from a crack in the toilet. Alerted management. Maintenance man wasn’t too concerned. Manager said we could check out if we wanted, which we did. I do not recommend this place!

Great for a couple that's in love tub in the bedroom makes things real fun feet was dirty from walking across the floor barefoot not sure from what part of room but very romantic setting

Hotel was just ok. Plenty of parking and in a convenient location. Hotel is older and needs lots of renovations. Room was somewhat clean. Sleeper coach had a big stain on the mattress, bathrooms toilet ran constantly, bathroom floor had cracked tile, bed wasn’t that comfortable

My room was amazing. Very pleased with everything. Would definitely stay there again if I could get the same room. People were friendly.

Staff is very nice. The room was spacious and accommodating. Needs a little TLC (expected with older hotels) but the cleanliness was good. We stayed on the third floor and had zero issues with noise. Shower was hot, tub was clean. No complaints, will book again.

Our stay was wonderful. We came in town for a concert. The hotel was high occupancy but check in was quick and hassle free. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. We had one of the balcony suites facing the Gulf. It was a nice view.
Only complaint I have is that the tub did not have any form of anti slipping material. My wife had slipped and bruised her elbow getting into the tub.

Would never recommend this place! Checked in and was immediately disgusted. The room was nasty and smell bad. But I tried to overlook it all considering all we would be doing is sleeping there for the night. In town for an event and we dropped off our stuff freshened up and left. Got back to the room and all we wanted to do was go to sleep. Pull back the blankets and immediately saw tiny bugs crawling. We grabbed our stuff and immediately went to ask for a refund and leave. The guy at the front desk laughed in my face like it was a joke when I told him there were bugs in our bed and we refused to sleep in those disgusting conditions. He could not give me a refund even though we spent a total of less than 15 minutes in this disgusting room all together.

Everyone was nice but! The bed are infested with bed bugs!! I had to go to Walmart and get baking soda and spray and kill them while we were out enjoying our tournament!! I couldn’t sleep , was scratching all night! We had non smoking room and the first thing I find on the TV stand was a cigarette…lol! The sheet smell like smoke also , but for the price we paid I expected alittle poor condition!!! Fix the bed mattress situation and honor the non smoke policy!

The hotel is out dated, when we got in the room it smelled like it had been closed up for months, we had to spray Lysol and air freshener and clean the bathrooms before we could use anything. Not to mention the lady that checked us in charged me an extra $100 dollars with no explanation and we didn’t get a receipt.

The hotel and parking lot were unsafe. Pictures online are not accurate to how the rooms look. Very unclean, stains on furniture and dirty bathtub. We had a young baby so baths are a must, we did not use it.
We had requested to stay an extra night and were told we could extend our stay by one more day. That night at MIDNIGHT, the hotel staff came and banged on our hotel room door, woke our baby up, and demanded we leave because the lady at the front desk did not charge us for the extra night when we initially requested. We then were called and harassed by the staff to leave at MIDNIGHT with our baby.
We ended up staying the night and paid the additional night and left the next morning.
Unfriendly staff, horrible interior, and outside the hotel was very unsafe for a young family with a baby.

Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes, carpet was stained and gross. Paid 225.00 for a balcony room overlooking the gulf. Ours was on the first floor and there were parking spaces right in front of our balcony. I got to sit and look at someones car while drinking coffee.

The property needs some real TLC Tender, Love, and Care. Housekeeping never check to refreshing our room, phone did not work, bed lamps some work by plugging only and one didn’t work at all. My girlfriend received several sores from insect bites while sleeping. Table chairs had dirty sitting and last bath tub drainage showed green mold stands.

Reserved a Sea view but given a parking lot view. Otherwise we liked the price and location. Front staff was preoccupied with another staff member and didn’t talk much. Ok place, would stay again if in the area.

The first room that was booked was under renovation and the clerk was apparently unaware until we went up three flights of stairs and back. However he had excellent customer service and gave us better accommodations.
