The staff were amazing. The reception team were always on hand, always willing to help and always with a big smile. Made our trip just amazing! The bar staff were great and the cocktails were amazing, the service they provide is truly 5 stars. The amenities are great, perfect to spa and swim after a day on the slopes. The restaurants are incredible, I mean, Incredible. We did 29 trips in the last 12 months, and nothing came close to the service and food we had.

perfect location with variety of sloops right outside the hotel. Service of the teams ( hotel , hotel restaurants/bar hotel ski rent shop) was really exceptional. Dinner was very good . Hotel room was very clean and with the right size. More than all the energy and atmosphere in the hotel was very unique (beautiful fire place in the middle of the sitting place) . I recommend the Hotel Ski Rent shop. Equipment was excellent , they prepare you Ski’s every morning outside the shop you put on your ski boots and in few moments you start your Ski day.

The location of the hotel is great. Breakfast was good.

Unfortunately out of our 6 night stay, the 2 nights we couldnt sleep before 12am since there were parties/loud music from the hotel lounge/lobby. When we complaint they said they understand but still they let the party go on. We have no issues with parties, but when you go to a hotel you expect to sleep. If they want to have loud music no problem with us BUT make sure you do it at location of the hotel with insulation that will not disturbing the sleep of your guests. We were on the 2nd floor and everything in the room was trembling from the base of the loud music. Therefore 2 nights and 2 days were ruined for us because of no sleep at appropriate time. I have travelled around the world and this was the first time i had experienced something like that where the hotel you are staying is creating loud noise/nuisance itself against its guest that are trying to sleep.

Lovely room and lounge with nice leisure facilities, good breakfast and great location, generally pleasant and attentive staff particularly on reception and in the lounge bar.

Dinner was not as good as it good have been in either of restaurants. Some staff in restaurant were not great either. Management dealt with issues well. Steam room was unfortunately broken the whole time. Overall expensive for what we got and we would not book half board again.

rooms very dated, definitely didn't feel 4star... more int he 2-3 star range. clearly hasn't had competition for a long time. could have been cleaner - esp as we were midst cornavirus. 30 euros for carparking per day really felt expensive. Bistro restaurant was very variable... i had a good burger but partner had inedible chicken gym was very tired.

this is a lovely traditional hotel right on the slopes and at the centre. it is cosy with a nice bar and lounge with open fires and a pool and steam room. great breakfasts. the staff are very polite and efficient and we would stay here again.

the ski rental shop attached with the discount didnt seem to have the best equipment although again the staff were very helpful. worth checking other rental places . we ended up using Horizon for my son..... as we couldnt find boots to fit a wide foot and we lost most of our first day trying to find boots that didn’t hurt. just worth knowing this maybe. My gear, women’s stuff, was fine.

Staff committnent to srrvice was outstanding. Courteous and professional, Elodie and other colleagues.

Breakfast was rather poor. Seating for breakfast was a challenge. Room was rather small but had a nice balkony.
