Nestled in Portarlington, this lovely house for $146 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This comfortable double brick home stays cool in Summer and warm in Winter, has beautiful wooden floors throughout and is family and pet friendly. The home has three bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 7 people. Bedroom 1 - one queen bed. Bedroom 2 - one double bed and one single bed. Bedroom 3 - one double bed. The lounge suite can be converted to a bed suitable for an adult or 1 to 2 children. Property features include secure fences and child-safe gates, and the huge backyard provides plenty of room for dogs to roam and is visually appealing for children to explore and play. There is a large north facing merbau deck which is enclosed by a veranda that provides privacy and comfort no matter what the weather when entertaining or just lounging about. Dogs of all sizes will love the large, sheltered deck which has a doggie basket, doggie bowls, doggie treats and some toys provided. Small to medium dogs are most welcome inside, but please refrain from allowing pets on furniture or in laundry or bedrooms. Also please limit smoking to outside. Additional features: Split system in lounge and ceiling fans and portable heaters in all bedrooms Three entertainment areas including indoor dining with seating for 6, semi outdoor dining on deck under pergola with seating for 8 plus an outdoor bbq area. Modern Webber BBQ that does all types of cooking including roasts and pizzas Plenty of parking in lock-up rear yard for boats, trailers and caravans WIFI available Large TV and DVD player which plays CDs. Classic and Australiana video library and section of games for all ages and children's toys Magazines and novels Built in robe in first bedroom. Recently rejuvenated laundry with smart washing machine and dryer, Elna press and iron/ironing board. Rejuvenated bathroom with separate shower and large cast iron bath. Separate indoor and external toilets. Children’s swing set plus large trampoline. First aid kit.

Set in a very quiet neighbourhood, this house was only a short walk to all the best of Portarlington. The house was very comfortable (slept really well and even got to enjoy a bath!) and al lot of thought had gone into the amenities, including big comfy chairs in the lounge, lots of games, and information on what to do in the region. The backyard was large and fully fenced, so would be great if you're travelling with young children and need somewhere safe to let them run around. This will be our new go-to house for the region.

Such a nice family home, massive backyard and pet friendly. Our super small dog was so happy with the space away from small backyard in Melbourne. We walked every where, so close to amenities, many more high quality restaurants than we remember from five years ago. Thanks so much, our host William even contacted me via mobile from Japan to make sure our check in was OK!
