Welcome to a newly renovated, very large studio suite set in a bright private space full of light and charm. This is a wonderful place to unwind featuring an open-plan living space, modern decor, and furnishings including a new kitchenette, and brand new hardwood floors throughout. This unit has been redesigned and has been totally redone from top to bottom. A large section of our home has been reimagined to create this private indoor/outdoor studio with access to it own private courtyard as well as the use of the home's pool, which is shared with the main house. The studio is a guest unit on the first floor of a two story house. It is one of two guest units on the property and owners also live in the house. If you need anything during your stay the owners are usually available to help right away. The unit has a private entrance and the apartment can sleep up to 3 people comfortably with a kitchenette, heat, A/C, tv, cable, wifi, coffee, tea and many other great amenities. You will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The guest home is pet friendly. The home is located in wonderful Valley Village and is very close to great shopping, restaurants and is also within minutes of all major freeways to get you anywhere you need to go while in LA. The unit is a Guest unit that is separate and completely private, you have the studio for yourself, access to the private outside dining area as well as to the lovely pool. The pool is shared with the main house but the owners very rarely use it. Access to the pool is 9am-7pm. Pool is not heated. I can be counted on to answer any questions you may have or handle any issues that may arise at any time. This wonderful pocket of Valley Village is on the border of both Sherman Oaks and Studio City, so it's really in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is very family oriented, extremely quiet, and pleasant. It is close to shops and restaurants. For this location we offer street parking which is free and does not require a permit. Most of the neighbors park in the driveways and garages so there is always plenty of parking spaces on the street. As far as public transport there is the metro bus that is about 3-4 minute walk. The get into the unit you need to use the side gate on the left side of the house. Follow the corridor until you reach a white gate, and then pass through the gate, pass the door number 3 and walk around the corner into the backyard patio. There is a lockbox directly under the garden hose pipes. Access to the unit is through the sliding door. Instructions for the key are provided by the host on the day of your arrival. - No parties. - Quiet hours between 10pm-7am - Operating hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM. For any urgent matters outside these hours, please feel free to reach out. If your concern is not an emergency, we kindly ask for your patience until the next morning.
